I stayed here for almost a month and loved every minute of it. The views are breathtaking and the deck is very convenient. The hosts are exceptional at communication and making sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect; parking is easy. Cannot wait to be back!!

Ok- short summary of who we are: large family with 5 kids, ages 10-17, always been gulf-side FL visitors. Booked this property last minute to relax for a few days and catch up with friends that just moved to Jax. 1. Location: Wow. Perfect. Literally ON the beach. View is amazing. Free public parking lot next to property. 2. Unit layout: 3 bedrooms(2 queen, 1 triple bunk), 2 full baths, kitchen/living area, deck on the ocean. 3. Amenities: did you forget laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, BEACH TOWELS? Don’t worry about it! It’s ALL here! 4. Updated appliances/decor: tv in every room, Roku, wifi, new washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, range, dishwasher, and….. ice machine! Super awesome, crunchy little ice! 5. Kitchen set-up: filter pitcher, dishes, flatware, utensils, grill, even spices are stocked. We could not stop commenting on just how EASY it was to check in, relax and not make a shopping list of things we forgot or needed to get once we saw what the unit already had. Who wants to take time out of your vacation and go to the grocery store? Nope- just bring the food with you and the rest is taken care of. I really don’t want to tell you how awesome this place is- we would love to keep it our little secret so we can book it whenever we want to! This rental company was awesome with communication right from the booking, easy check in, easy check out. Met the cleaning crew as we were packing up and they were all so lovely and pleased that we were so happy with everything. Already checking our schedules for next year and looking to book this cute little unit again!

Communication was very timely and the place was spotless. Location on the beach exactly how it was represented in the pictures. Would come back for sure!

Wonderful stay, love the Blue House!

The pictures were accurate, the parking great and the communication (with a new app) was phenomenal. We love this property and will stay here every time we are in Jacksonville Beach. Lots of grocery and liquor store close and restaurant selection is great OR you can grill while taking in scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bonus - there is a built in ice maker that makes trips to the C store totally unnecessary.

Perfect for us, our two teens and dog. The upper oceanside has great views. Next to a big hotel but beach not overcrowded, lifeguard on duty right there. Some walkable restaurants, nice dog-walking neighborhood. We would definitely come back!

This rental was perfection. My friends and I could not have asked for a better place to stay during our golf vacation. It was close to superb golfing and was the ideal place to relax after a long day on the course.

Perfect spot for a vacation for my wife and I! Great location being on the beach and in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and activities. Easy check-in and prompt communication throughout, would definitely stay here again!

I’m a frequent visitor of Jacksonville beach area. I will absolutely stay at this property again. We visited adults only this stay but I already look forward to bringing my kiddos back here. Perfect location, beautiful views, rental was super clean, updated and had absolutely everything we needed! It was an amazing stay!

We booked Unit 17 last minute on a whim for a staycation. We only like about 30 minutes away but decided it might make for a fun spring break with our 2 and 5 year old. When we arrived it was pouring rain and the forecast predicted rain for our entire two night stay. Fortunately the room was pure entertainment for our boys! The bunk bed room with the tv was perfect for them. Also fortunately, the weather cleared up and we got to enjoy the beach. But honestly even with the rain we were content with that incredible view. Everything was amazing clean. I was so happy to see they had a well stocked kitchen with the same ikea kids plates and bowls we use at home. It felt like much more space than it was. Clearly we will be back again. Oh also the mattresses were all comfortable!

Everything about this property was perfect. Location, views, amenities, communication could not have been better. We had everything we needed, including a million dollar view of the ocean, for an amazing vacation. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

From the moment we booked, communication was easy and timely. Finding the “blue beach house” was a breeze. Everything in the condo was explained perfectly with helpful notes and labels. The condo is gorgeous and so clean!!! I was able to make a large NYE meal and all pots, pans, utensils… were available! The beds and rooms are so comfortable! We can’t wait to go back the view and proximity to the beach is truly unreal! Best kept secret on Jax beach! Thank you Jared & Carly

Spacious listing that was very dog friendly. It was a great location right on the beach and the deck has a great view. Enough bedroom and beds to accommodate the family. There was some damage in the property/AC not working that the owner was very responsive to but did detract a little bit with the handyman going in/out. Overall would stay again though!

This condo is next to the beach. Fabulous location. Condo was very clean and well-appointed. It worked well for our family of three adult couples (6 adults total) . Kitchen appears to be newly remodeled and all appliances worked well. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the blue beach house. The location was excellent! Walking distance to restaurants and literally steps from the beach! The views were amazing! Beds were so comfortable, the beach house was adequately stocked and we had an amazing time! We highly recommend this beach house and cannot wait to stay again! The owners were easy to communicate with and check in/out was simple and straightforward. This was one of our best vacations yet! Looking forward to coming back to the blue beach house for all of our future Jax beach visits.

This place is clean, welcoming, and efficiently stocked. We had everything we needed and the ice maker was a big plus. It’s a comfortable and adorable space. Only negative is it is over priced. That being said we had a wonderful weekend and made fantastic memories!

Super comfortable and great location

Wow. What an amazing location. Beachfront with sunrise views was a perfect spot for our Family Spring Break vacation. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom Oceanfront unit which was great for family w 3 kids and two Grandparents. Walked out the front door, and stepped onto the beach. The beach rental is updated with a large kitchen and awesome Ocean views from the top Deck. We have been vacationing to Jacksonville Beach for several years, and this unit is a rare find. New Grills were appreciated as we grilled outside for a few meals. We will definitely be back next year!!

We had a great stay and our host was very responsive to my issues with the TV. Location is fabulous and views were incredible!
