We didn’t know much about the area, but are SO glad we chose this property. Located near Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, but in a more remote setting. We did the usual touristy things (Garden of the Gods, etc.), but also had a wonderful time at the arcade in Manitou Springs with the kiddos. The Flying W Ranch dinner and performance was also a blast. The house is amazing and very well supplied. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Overall great experience. I would stay here again.

We were looking for a "home base" for all of things to see and do in this area. This cabin was great for this. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great time relaxing here is Green Mountain Falls! Kitchen is well-appointed with coffee makers, blender, pots and pans and even an instant pot. We enjoyed the hot tub after aome long hikes. And the great backyard space was enjoyed for cardgames, reading, and yard games. Even saw a huge buck lounging in the yard one evening. Great DVD and board game collections. Bathrooms were great and the king-size beds even had electric blankets. Such a fantastic retreat. Thank you!!

Great location to do outdoor activities around Woodland Park and Colorado Springs!

Clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. The master bed is super comfortable, and the hot tub was a major perk. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Squirrel. Comfort and cozy but perfect for what we needed. Location is superb.

We rode the train up pikes peak. We went white water rafting. We went to the cave of the winds and zip lining in a chair The kids did rock climbing and the ropes course We did tram ride at Royal gorge. We say seven falls and Garden of the Gods The house was wonderful and fully stocked with good condiments and perfect placement for all our activities

We loved staying at this cabin. Plenty of room for my family of 7 to roam. We especially enjoyed the backyard area which included the backyard games, hot tub and sitting area. Would highly recommend for a nice family getaway.

Mountain cabin with great location for COS attractions and activities. Great for our 3 generation family. Saw a black bear ambling down our road on our last morning.

we had a wonderful time! It might have been one of the best if not THE best organized cabin I ever stayed at... it had everything one could think of. The cabin was super clean and just very charming. Plus, location was amazing. Lots of activities nearby. Lastly, a ton of great breakfast places, coffee shops, and restaurants in close proximity. Yes, grocery stores plus a massive Walmart only 10 minutes away. Of course, the scenery was overwhelmingly beautiful... really enjoyed it!

The house is great! Has everything we needed for our week’s stay. Our kids (ages 8 and 11) LOVED the backyard games and the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom towels are perfect- I hate towels that don’t dry you well. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved our stay, and it was the perfect home away from home.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Lazy Square Lodge! Not only were the hosts kind and helpful, but the cabin was the perfect mountain home for our trip. We were in walking distance of amazing hikes, tasty restaurants, and quaint shops. The hosts also provided detailed information on all of the fun local activities so it was never a dull moment. I cannot recommend this place enough and I am beyond excited for our next trip to this adorable mountain town!

This property was beautiful. The house had almost everything we needed for Thanksgiving even down to a Turkey air fryer! The hot tub was a nice feature & we all got to use it. The upstairs room does not have a door so my niece (3 yo) was able to come wake us up every morning. It was nice but if you are looking for privacy, you aren’t getting it on the upper floor. The owners/property mgmt even has a board of things to do while there complete with QR codes. My nephew had a blast researching places to go & we even went to some! This house was comfortable. Definitely not a bad home base for a trip to CO! The snow fell a couple or days we were there & even with that, it wasn’t hard to navigate the little town. Make sure you make it down to the Pantry for breakfast/lunch. It was the treasure for meals once we found it!! The Mucky Duck was a waste of money with terrible food. The deer are always around & use to people so you get a chance to just watch their beauty. And the people in the neighborhood/town were so nice & wonderful.

Perfect location and served our needs very well. If we ever return to the area your location will be at the top of our list.

This was a great place to stay if you are going to places in the near vicinity. There were the little things that you didn’t need to pack or go and buy at the beginning on our trip like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, salt and pepper and coffee! As we only stayed 4 nights, this was much appreciated. The only issue possibly could be parking. It is kind of tight for a full sized SUV and it may need some exterior lighting for the stairs to go in the front entrance

My whole family loved this awesome house in Green Mountain Falls. We had not visited this area before and fell in love with the views, sounds, and nature. The house was comfortable and quite. It was also well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We are VERY likely to return next summer to escape the Texas heat.

Very clean cabin. Loved the location. Very convenient with all the amenities.

So enjoyed our week in GMF. House in perfect location and easy access to highway for other adventures. Front porch for coffee was a highlight and the hot tub helped heal the hike up the Manitou Incline.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Squirrel. The home was well kept both inside and out. Well stocked and Clean. We used the outside hot tub a couple times and was a great way to end the evening. The location was great for hiking, just head out the door and go. Walmart was about 5 minutes away and Charis was around 12 minutes away, perfect for us! Thank you!

This rental was sparkling clean, with lots of great amenities. The town is small and offers a mountain experience. The views were fantastic and it was quiet. Wonderful stay, we’d definitely go back!

Great location, close to so many attractions, but you are 100% in the mountains. The property was very clean!!! Love that you would see deer walking just feet from the front door. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay!

We loved this cabin. It had everything you'd need. We were there for 4 nights with our 2 kids. Walked from the cabin to hiking trails and the little town restaurants and park every day. We would definitely come back!
