I provide all documentation on the trailer features and will personally meet you at pickup to explain everything so you have the best possible experience. Trailer Location: Roseville, CA, 95747 (The trailer will need to be picked up and dropped off at this location) Please read the full add below. It will help answer 99% of your questions. Then when ready contact me with your name and dates. Times: Pick-up: 6:30PM(night) *Day of Rental Drop-Off: 3:00PM *Holiday Weekends are 5 night min. *If you are leaving in the AM its recommend you book an additional night. (2 Adults - Queen, 2 Adults Table, 2 Adults each bunk.) (I recommend 6 or less). ~Total Exact Length including tongue 29 feet. ~Trailer Empty Weight 4900lb. ~Load up to an additional 1500lb. Requirements: ~Truck/SUV with 7 Prong Plug on the back. See pic for what this looks like. ~Brake Controller or you can use mine as long as you have a functioning 7 prong plug. ~Drivers License. ~Class III or higher Hitch that can pull 6500lbs. ~2-5/16 Ball (I will provide a hitch for free. You must use my hitch) Things you Need: ~Linens/Sleeping Bags/Comforter/Pillows. ~Paper Plates/Cups/Etc. ~Water. ~Food. ~Coffee. ~Etc. ~I don't have or rent a generator. ~Propane (Renter to use what's left over or fill for own use). There are 2 (20lb) tanks on it. You can grab one and swap it out or put your own on. Generator: I do not have or provide a generator. If you require one you will need to rent one from a 3rd party. If you require one you will need to rent one from a 3rd party. A Honda 2000 will run everything but the AC. If you need the AC you will need a Honda 3000 or larger. I can provide a list of places that rent them. In general you don’t need one but you will lose some of the comfort features of the trailer without one such as microwave, coffee maker, tv, AC, etc. Delivery: Trailer must be picked up. I do not deliver. What is Dry Camping: Dry Camping is where no hookups (30 amp) are available for electricity for the trailer. This means no AC, no microwave, tv, etc. The batteries on the trailer will only last about 5 days using basic lights and very minimal water.
