Prices taken was way to high.. Property looked like lodge and not actual hotel.

It was very worst experience

Hotel maintenance is not good at all.
We found cockroaches in the bathroom and very untidy.
Floor looks like rusty and very old has all stains on it
Pool is not maintained water looks not so clean
Games zone it was like all old broken stock kept in a store room TT snooker football all was under maintenance.
It was totally opposite to what they have it on the website very bad experience..
Most horrible experience is there are lizards as well in the room.. very pathetic..

rooms are not cleaned and furniture is old and broken. AC was not serviced properly so no proper cooling. room not been cleaned properly nor bedsheet been cleaned . since was on business met and not to stay more in room but not worth price been paid at all.

Breakfast was good in taste and quality but it was chargeable, it should be complimentary when you are charging 2800 INR for a room.. Most of hotel gives complimentary breakfast. Room service was also good.
Poor coordination between departments. First we got the message through room service/kitchen dept tht our breakfast is complimentary, later at reception they were about to charge us for the breakfast. And reception people are really unprofessional, they don't know how to communicate with customer.

Location is so bad that you will not get any connectivity. Food quality is very poor. Persons are not so training.
