Very clean

Everything was awesome , host was great , very relaxing , updated and clean.

We were staying 5 days in Englewood and enjoyed the apartment. It was fully equipped, very comfortable bed, a great whirl pool (which we used in the evening, when it gets a little colder), new Tony Bahama chairs for the beach. The real luxury of this apartment is the view to the sea, just sit in your chair at the landing stage, enjoy the views. We had the great luck to see dolphins and that one manatee were in front of us (just 1 meter away). Very good communication with the landlord - we fully recommend that location - enjoy it!

This place was amazing, just like the photos, even better!! Ann was quite wonderful in making sure we had all that was needed, in that we did and then some! Fantastic sunsets every night, close to beaches, the Farmers Market on Thursdays is a must. A fabulous memorable stay . Was here for my sister’s wedding, if in the area again would definitely stay again.

The property is as described. Super clean, ice cold AC, very spacious, comfortable bed (we only used one room), fully stocked, and nicely organized with labels to help easily find things. Everything was great, but what took it over the top for us, was Anna! She was absolutely great! We chose this property primarily for the dock. We love to fish, don't have a boat, so we were looking forwarding to having a private dock to fish off of the four days we were there. 2 days before our arrival, the dock was damaged due to Hurricane Idalia. We were a little bumbed, but Anna kept us informed the whole time. Before and after the storm and she was able to have the dock repaired ASAP! She's definitely a doer. She makes things happen! We were able to enjoy the dock as planned 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Anna even offered us some alternative fishing spots for the one day the dock was being repaired, so we still enjoyed fishing that 1 day too. Anna is professional, excellent at communicating, and really cares about her guests and wants them to enjoy the property to its fullest. We highly recommend this property. You won't be sorry!

This was a great place. Very comfortable and quiet. If you're looking to unplug and relax this is the spot.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We brought our boat and loved being able to dock our boat right at the property and store our trailer on site. Would love to stay again when in town!

My son who loves fishing wanted to try to hunt a tarpon! We went on several excursions to do just that. He was successful!!! He was so excited!!! Fishing off the pier for smaller fish was a bonus during down time. My daughter loves the beach and with so many around, it was perfect! Great location- close to Boca Grande and Venice/beach. Englewood beaches are beautiful- I’m going to miss that turquoise water!

We enjoyed the Home very much it had everything you could possibly need. We should’ve stayed longer next time we will!

We stayed for a month (March/April) The condo was perfect, it was clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We were able to enjoy the beaches and bars on Manasota Key, the activities (farmers market , art show, supper club at The Englewoods) on Dearborn and fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding off the dock on Lemon Bay. But the best part of each day was walking out on the dock seeing and hearing the manatees and watching the amazing sunsets.

This home was spotless, well appointed, beautiful, comfortable, and had the best amenities. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed, and more!

The rental is beautifully appointed with literally everything you would need for a long or short stay. We stay at alot of VRBO rentals, and I have to say that this is the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to our friends.

We enjoyed a week at this property. It was exactly as listed and the owner was helpful and responsive to questions. It was one of the most well equipped vacation rentals we have ever stayed at and the location on the water was scenic and relaxing! Definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the Englewood area!

Very clean. Lovely views. Had everything we needed including outside toys. Very quiet tenant upstairs. Very peaceful. Only recommendation I could give (which is my preference) is a king size bed. There are 2 bedrooms so my husband and I could spread out, but we probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it nearly as much if we’d had someone else saying with us!

Clean comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation in Englewood. We loved walking out on the dock each day to enjoy nature. Great location close to beaches.

relaxing stay on the bay.

This is by far the best vacation rental that we've ever stayed at. Located just steps from the water just as described. The place was very comfortable and very relaxing with all of the amenities of coastal vacationing right at your fingertips. The town of Englewood is located minutes from shopping and is very easy to navigate. Hope to stay again one day.

The property is just like the pictures and so darling! We loved the wildlife and all of the outdoor chairs to sit and watch the sun and boats. Inside was cozy, beachy and clean. There are some soft coolers and other things you might forget that are in the closets and drawers. Anna, Rick and family were lovely and extremely attentive. We had no issues at all and were able to use a firestick on the tv. We really didn't want to leave!

It was my birthday week my boss suggested Manasota Key so we booked here. She surprised me with a cute banner. This is a beautiful place to stay, beach isn’t to far. Loved the dock, waking up every morning drinkin coffee and watching the water and everything in it. We loved fishing off the dock, the kayaks and even took the bikes on a stroll. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub due to the location. Not that x-rated activities were goin to happen but seeing the live-in tenants and live camera right above just made it a bit uncomfortable for us. The area is for an older group of travelers for sure. Not a lot of shops or younger crowds. I feel recharged and refreshed. Anna was great with communication.

Had a great time at this house - water views, ability to kayak & SUP and my favorite - hanging in the hot tub. Communication was great and everything was super clean. 5 Stars!

Quiet an relaxing

My family enjoyed our time here. It was so cute and the area is perfect for those with a boat. The owners are very accommodating and truly want you to have the best vacation. Definitely recommend and we will book again

Very clean, cabinets labeled to make finding things easy, very good communication and very responsive to inquiries. We docked our 26’ center console and never had a problem even at the lowest tides (although draft is only about 1’) 10/10 recommend and will visit again!

This property is just as lovely as pictured and great location. We also enjoyed being able to moor our boat at the dock right on Lemon Bay. Anna made check in/out easy with good communication.

My husband and I and our granddaughter had a wonderful stay on this great property. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We watched the sunset every night on the end of the dock, so beautiful! We loved that there were kayaks and paddle boards for us to use and also beach chairs and umbrella for days relaxing at the many near by beaches. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops and many excursion activities. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Would choose this property again if we are in the area again!

Check-in process went smoothly and Anna was easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. The 2-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and has several amenities. We especially enjoyed the lanai and walk out to the dock and watch the sunsets. We used a kayak, a bike and the hot tub, the beds were cozy and kitchen cupboards were clearly labeled. The hosts were pleasant and helpful.
