We loved the vrbo. It was clean, close to beach and a few attractions, and had lots of fun stuff for the kids.
Our only recommendation is to update the couch in living room as it was very uncomfortable and we kept falling into the large gaps.
Overall, it was wonderful and we would stay again.

Fantastic location! Quiet neighborhood but a 5-10 minute walk to Pier 60. Fished every day off the dock. Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway.

The house was exactly as described. We had a fabulous time. Easy walk to the beach, and the pool was always refreshing. Any issues we had, Ken was there to get it done. Loved our trip!

Fantastic location for family trip home to watch our son graduate college.
The host was quick to respond on a couple needs, and very supportive of our family during an emergency- I highly recommend.

Our two families, each with 5 people (4 adults and 6 kids) had TONS of room/rooms to enjoy our trip, and not be on top of each other the whole time. This is absolutely a 5 stars VRBO listing. The house has ALL the amenities - large bedrooms, full kitchen, porch, heated pool, game room, garage… and the top of the roof overlooking the peaceful inlet with a grill, fire pit and corn hole… made this a masterpiece. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!! Neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our families (kids too) thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is tremendous, lots of room for a big family. Rooftop is great, loved the game room. Location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach and the middle of town, but also quiet in the immediate area. And a water view is always nice!

This property fit our family perfectly. My husband is facing back surgery soon, so the elevator was a great help. The bicycles were really a big plus since my teenage grandsons put them to good use. The kitchen had all the utensils and pans, so we were able to make breakfast and lunch there. We all 8 had our own space and enjoyed playing games together at night. Thank you for a wonderful time. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed playing volleyball and passing football. We even managed to play a game of putt putt golf one evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We had seven adults, and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The elevator was a blessing when bringing our suitcases and groceries in. The location was perfect! The beach, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance which we really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this property again!

We would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect for our group of 10. Our flight came in at 10 am n we were even able to check in early. Whistle Clean did not disappoint I would highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

what a wonderful home! So close to the beach and local restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the pool! We would definitely return!

We loved the space. Very roomie for 2 families. Clean. We stayed during July 4th week and watching fireworks from the roof top terrace was awesome. No real complaints about this condo/townhome b/c we had such a great time. Walking distance to beach and so many restaurants and shopping. Loved Loved Loved this place. Would love to return.

Awesome townhome in great location. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Great layout for a family with bedrooms split between two floors and elevator to use between all floors. We enjoyed the pool, roof deck and balconies. Kitchen was well stocked. During our stay in Clearwater we had powerful afternoon thunderstorms that tipped over and broke the umbrella, The owner replaced the umbrella without any charge to us. We also had multiple packages that were delivered during our stay
that were left in the community mailbox, the owner personally delivered them to us.

3 families rented this unit for our sons’ Senior spring break and had a great time! The 3 boys (ages 17, 18, & 18) stayed in the garage-level bedroom/game room while the parents drew straws for the remaining 3 bedrooms. We were easily within walking distance to the beach using the access through Surf Style & spent each day there. All of the best beach bars & restaurants are within walking distance too! Every night we all gathered on the roof top for a fire and drinks. Best vacation we could’ve asked for!

The condo was perfect for the eight of us, including two small children. Access to the pool was wonderful. The rooftop patio was a bonus. We enjoyed the location, near the beach but away from the crowds and noise. The beach wagon made trips to the beach easy as we could cart beach chairs, sand toys, etc. with ease.
Our hosts were responsive and both check in and check out directions were clear.

This place is exactly as described in both the listing and reviews. We didn’t know what to expect as we had never visited Clearwater so we took a chance based off the reviews and we are glad we did. Our 3 teens enjoyed riding bikes to Starbucks and shops and we loved being able to walk to dinner. No rental car needed. We did use a shuttle twice, once to John’s Pass and once to a restaurant that was too far to walk. Shuttle was easy. Walk to beach was easy. All the necessities were provided to make it a seamless trip (we flew). Highly recommend. Will dry be back!

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It was perfectly clean, so much space, and the outdoor balcony and rooftop deck were beyond words amazing (with multiple dolphin sightings too).
The amenities were so appreciated for us traveling with a 1.5 year old - including a travel crib, high chair, fully stocked kitchen and baths, beach wagon, and pool floats.
A truly wonderful place to stay in a wonderful location - we can’t wait to come back with more family.

The photos say it all! This place is huge and perfect. Plenty of rooms, beds, couches, and space. Location is perfect and view is amazing. It was great to have the garage and spare fridge. Lots of parking around the property. And that rooftop patio!!! I highly recommend this property.

Loved the place! It had everything our family (ranging from baby to 80 years) needed for a great week. Owner was responsive within 10 minutes of a call when the dishwasher leaked and we had no issues after that. Location is easy to walk to the beach, marina, and many restaurants.

We had a great experience with this home and the owners. They were very quick to communicate when we had questions. Home was a short walk to restaurants and bars, convenience store and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The elevator and extra fridge were convenient as well as the beach gear provided.
We did try to ride the bikes but one was broken and one was missing a pedal. I’d say is that new mattresses and pillows are probably in order, especially in the bedroom off the kitchen.
The rooftop was a nice spot for relaxing after a day at the beach. We never needed the property managers and the place was super quiet with only one other townhouse occupied. The pool was nice as well.
Overall, this is a great place to stay for pretty much any type of group. Close to beach, supplies provided for beaching, nice view of the waterway (dolphins!), and well stocked kitchen and bath/beach towels. Thanks for a great stay!

We took our annual Clearwater Beach family vacation this July and stayed at this beautiful property. We had more than enough space for our family (totallying 6 adults and 4 children) and were pleased with the first class amenities. The game room was an added bonus for the kids. We enjoyed the pool everyday and there were ample pool toys for the kids . We were a short walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The elevator was a welcome plus when bringing up groceries or when needed king to quickly get to the upper floors. IWe highly recommend this property to and look forward to staying again next year.

Sweet 16
We brought my daughter and 3 of her friends for her 16th birthday. The house was well equipped and clean. The girls loved having the bikes (and we brought 2 more). The rooftop deck was our favorite place to hang out. The location is perfect, just off the busy main road on a quiet side street. We biked and walked everywhere. The owners and cleaning person went above and beyond in helping us when we left something behind.

Wonderful spring break family vacation
Loved our stay in Clearwater Beach! The condo was great for accommodating a large group. The amenities it provided and proximity to the beach was perfect. The host is exceptional. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great Location
Excellent location just a few minutes walk to beach and downtown, with a nice view (we saw dolphins one day). Townhouse has everything you want/need for beach ( cart, chairs, umbrella, towels). We used the grill on the rooftop as we made several dinners and sat around the gas firepit in the evenings and made smores. Appreciated the nice coffee pot, blender and toaster and the extra refrigerator in the garage for beverages. We like to play cards so the large dining table fit all 9 of us for games & meals. The elevator for luggage and groceries and the washer/dryer were a bonus. Had two cars so nice to have both the garage and driveway available for parking. Very clean and owner extremely responsive. Would definitely choose to come here again

Unit was great. Beds comfortable. Nice setup for the 8 people in our group. Extra fridge was helpful. Great location on a quiet street but near beach and amenities.
