The location was wonderful. Walk to the beach and restaurants.

I absolutely love the outside barbecue and fire pit. The unit was furnished nicely and comfortable for our group of 5. The manager and owner were easy to reach and extremely helpful. There are three queen beds… two in one room and one in the other. Everything that we needed for our stay was in the apartment. A shared free washer and dryer are available on the property for guest use:) I have never had such a wonderful hot shower while vacationing. The property is two blocks from Huntington Beach! Each room has a TV with wifi so that was super also! we had an issue while we were there and the owner went above and beyond to quickly remedy the issue… the manager and the owners are terrific!

We were surprised that there are operational Oil Derricks right next door. They weren’t a bother and they were very quiet but it was odd. We would have loved a hide a bed in the living room area. Seating for 5 was tricky in the living room when we wanted to watch a movie.

price was a little high for cleaning especially when asking guests to do it for themselves

Fantastic location. Very cute & clean place. Will stay again & highly recommend.
