Location is very nice and it has good facilities and spacious rooms

The location is great, we hiked a lot in the neighborhood. The room is spacious and has lovely design. The hotel has a great potential for providing a perfect experience.

The floor was sticky, and the carpet wasn’t as clean as we expected, making it uncomfortable to walk on. While the bed was large and comfortable, the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off the edges, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bed had two small and thin blankets that didn’t quite provide the warmth needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. We stayed in a family room for two nights. On the first night, we experienced an issue with the hot water. I tried to call the reception, but unfortunately, the phone in our room wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to report the problem. The staff informed me that they were aware of the issue and that it would be resolved within 15 minutes. However, it wasn’t fixed by the time we went to bed. The phone also remained out of service for the duration of our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which made it difficult to plan our activities and keep our daughter entertained, as the TV, which relies on the same connection, wasn’t functioning properly.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and great value for money. Excellent restaurant. Only 6kms from gate 1 of Plitvice National Park.

We had an issue with hot water but staff rectified quickly. Otherwise nothing.

It is in a perfect location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is an excellent place to walk after dinner and take good evening photos. We arrived before the 3 p.m. check-in time, and they allowed us to check in the room earlier. That was very nice for us after a long, exhausting drive.

When we arrived, we only had lunch meals there, but we were pretty disappointed in the food quality. I ordered a Burger, but the beef and chicken steak were overcooked. We gave up dining in the hotel for the rest of the time.

Leider ist die Dusche in der Badewanne und die Duschwand nicht dicht.

Location and staff - both excellent

Room configurations not as per booking - one was single beds instead of a double. Bathrooms in both rooms were set up for disabled - we were not informed; was difficult and inconvenient to use (eg seats in shower did not fold up, so couldn’t shower properly). No mini bar in the one room - drinks simply packed in the cupboard. Not as clean as expected
