It was everything that we needed for a family vacation. There were 17 of us and we had plenty of space. The house was clean and spacious.We would definitely recommend this cabin again.

We asked our children (8, 11, 17, and 21) what they would miss most about vacation. They said, “The CABIN!” The indoor heated pool, hot tub with a view, private home theatre, and awesome game room provided endless hours of entertainment and more fun than we could possibly have imagined or exhausted. Each bedroom is decorated uniquely and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Smartly designed floor plans and strategically placed furniture promotes fellowship for family and friends and the wide open spaces allows everyone to spread out and unwind. Enjoy a cup of coffee while you take in the spectacular sights and sounds of the Smoky Mountains from the back porch swing or rock away your worries while you witness the sunrise. There are plenty of linens, towels, and dishes to meet your needs! The host is wonderful and checking in and out could not be simpler. Pigeon Forge attractions are also conveniently located! We cannot wait to return! Enjoy!

The lodge was everything we hoped for and more! Our first time to pigeon forge did not disappoint. The views were incredible and we were really blown away with the lodge. We had 7 families on this trip and everyone had their own space and plenty to do. The game room, theater, hot tub & pool house were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The lodge is very well maintained and everyone kept saying “this place is incredible!”. The owner is very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated the quick response to the minor issues we had. You will not be disappointed staying here!! We hope to come back again because it was a truly great experience!

Huge property - still pretty new with absolutely gorgeous view. Enjoyed all the space of the rooms! Pool was pretty cool even though we really didn’t use it as much as we planned. Stayed in the hot tub. Movie room and game room was much used and easy to access. Double fridge was very nice and ample garbage space outside. We will be renting again for birthday!

Pictures don't do it justice. The pictures made the pool look smaller than it really is. It was amazing for everyone to have their own bathroom. Only comment I'd make is, having a 1/2 bath on the main floor would have been nice. Unless you are staying in one of those rooms you are either going into someone else's bathroom or downstairs. No big deal overall. The cleanliness was spot on, but a little off putting in the chemicals used in the fridge and stove. Had to let some cleaning residue burn off before feeling comfortable cooking food in oven. Overall though I still rate the place a 10/10 and would go back in an instant!

Pans were terrible to cook with and pool house and pool water was too warm. Everything else was excellent!

Such a great place for large groups with varying ages! Something for everyone to do right in the cabin, allowing us to spend tons of time together relaxing in such a beautiful setting. Sadly, we were evacuated due to Wildfires in the area on our last afternoon. Overall, it was a great time and very relaxing.

Beautiful cabin with every amenity you could possibly need! From the private pool and hot tub to the movie and game room, there is something for everyone. The property was very clean and the host very responsive. Hope to visit again!

Even though the start of our trip was a little hectic due to the winter storm which knocked the power out to all the area, management was very helpful in helping us find a hotel for the first night. Once the power was back on we were able to take full advantage of the cabins amenities including the game room, pool, hot tub, and theatre room. We had a total of 16 guest including children with disabilities. The size of the cabin was perfect for us. The best part is they extended our stay (1) more due to the issues we had the first day. We will definitely stay again

This cabin is truly everything you will need - games, swimming pool, bathrooms, and some privacy for guests in the various rooms to include close access to grocery stores.

Our VRBO experience exceeded our expectations The facility itself was everything we expected The outside hills/ mountains are beautiful....gsme room was major hit with our young adult grandchildren. Surprising, we didn’t even use the theatres....too short of a stay, I guess. One thing that may be helpful to future guests would be list of restaurants or grocerers, etc that deliver to Eagle Spread Lodge community. We came and left by large motor coach so were without other transportation during our stay. Just a thought. SGundlach

I began looking for dates to stay in late May in January and was fortunate to get the days requested. I was concerned about the non-refundable clause not knowing for sure that everyone would be able to travel. We were very blessed however that things worked out well for us. The facility was perfect allowing for seven separate families all to have their own beds and bathrooms. Even though our nine grandchildren are young (oldest is nine) the game/arcade room was a hit but especially the “Bird’s Nest”. With such a large gathering the only thing that would have been more convenient would have been a larger stove/oven and kitchen. All in all everyone raved about the trip and the facilities. Would definitely highly recommend this unit for large groupings

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Couldn't have asked for a better place. It had everything we needed and more.

We had a group of 23 people coming mostly from Columbia, SC and surrounding areas. I booked around 20 days in advanced and had several conversations and emails with the property manager before our arrival date. We had 6 different families and left at different times. I distributed the access codes to the cabin so everyone had the entry information. The first family to arrive unlocked the door with the provided code and found that another group was already there. They were just as surprised as we were. We called the property manager and he told me that they booked two days before we did so we could not stay. He said he would try to look on hotels.com for us. We told him that we needed to stay as a group and hotel rooms would not work. We found another cabin that would accommodate all of us and sent him the information but he ignored the message and told us that he was still looking. He came up empty handed and told me I would get a full refund for the cabin. At this point we have 23 people that have been in the car for 5 plus hours with no where to. The property manager mentioned this had never happened before but the owner of the cabin said it happens all the time. I would expect this kind of customer service at a best western. Scratch that, I’ve gotten better customer service at a best western. If you decide to book this cabin make sure you have a plan B because you are going to need it. This site made me rate the location and cleanliness of the cabin. I submitted a one star but I never had the opportunity to actually get to the cabin. The one star is for our overall experience.

The property was amazing! We had quite a bit of rain during our trip, but there was plenty to keep all 18 people staying there busy. Between the movie theater, game room, and pool, no one complained of being bored. Kids can't wait to go back!

We had a pretty large crowd, 13 kids from 1-12 years of age! The game room was a huge hit...super loud but that is to be expected! The pool house was a little chilly, but we were fine! Absolutely beautiful view! We loved this house so much!

We had everything we needed and more.The price is high and the noise level from the game room is too loud but the bedrooms are quiet. Plus you can retreat to the theater room!
