While this house was not the worst we ever stayed in, it's on the way because of the lack of upkeep. Chairs broken on the pool deck and unusable, nails popped up on the pool decking and walkway to beach, rough wood handrails that guaranteed splinters, etc. Master bed king mattress needs replacing, 4 wineglasses TOTAL, maybe 3 spoons... just a lack of attention to details. Moldy coffee pot in the garage apt, broken bar stool at the island. Not enough outside seating to match the number of people that this house accommodates. This house is gorgeous and in a great location, it just needs some attention.

The house appears as if someone decorated it expensively and nicely once and then no one kept up with it. This is not a cheap property, but compared to the houses around it, it sure did seem cheap. Every morning it smelled of natural gas outside on the deck right by the door and it seeped out to the pool usually. It gave multiple members of my family headaches. We called several times and they would come out hours later and give us a solution, but the smell would be back the next day. There were two completely broken chairs on the deck that were unusable and beg the question of why not just dispose of them once they realized they were broken? The deck is very unkept. There are nails poking out which made it a fun treat to worry about the children with us as they ran to the beach. Additionally, there were bugs that looked like cockroaches, but better because they could fly. Good for them, terrible for us! One was in the house a scurried under the dishwasher.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location! Very nice place and very clean!

Loved the view and space. Needs attention to cleaning.

The description of property says Heated Pool & Spa. Spa had jets and there was a control panel on wall that said spa & jets. Thy never went on and water was ice cold. When questioned about this with property management we were told that it was a soaking tub, not spa. REALLY!!!! Soaking tub has no jets and you say it's a spa. We were looking forward to spending few evenings in the spa which never happened. The spa is BROKEN!!!! Kitchenware needs to be replaced...pots were so worn that the teflon was all scratched and rust on bottom of the pans. We ended up buying pans so we could cook. Because of the pool & spa I would not rent this home again. I will be looking for another home next year.

Would stay there again Yes would stay there again. Vent in master blows right on bed, only complaint…. Very clean!!!

Just what we needed to get away from it all and relax! My favorite part was the family room/kitchen overlooking the turquoise water right when you walk in. And the master bathtub is a dream, so relaxing.

We had a great time with 9 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Steps to the beach and very walkable to everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!
