I wanted to love this stay. Ok for the pros....This place is in a great location in Jacksonville beach walking distance to the beach and close to Neptune, Ponte Vedra with plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The interior is lovely and clean.
These are big deal breakers I wish I had known upon booking:
The check in time is 4pm and they will offer early check in but you have to pay extra. In all of my years staying at Air B&B and VBRO's I've never been denied a free early check in as long as the tenants were out and it was cleaned. I asked for a 2pm check in and paid the $25 in order to get in to take a Zoom meeting. Coming from the airport, I needed to get settled and needed a quiet place to "land" so I paid the fee.
It turns out, I got denied early check in, with no reason day of, well after my Uber dropped me off in the rain and the code to unlock the door repeatedly didn't work. I messaged and called Nomad Hospitality to see why it wasn't working and only after it was too late (and I missed my meeting) did they inform me that they denied the early check in ---this is the same company that offered me early check in payment link the day or two before so that left me extremely bewildered and frustrated.
Check out was 11am promptly. That's 19 hours for $350 1 night stay. I asked for a 12pm check out given I had another meeting in the AM and would not have enough time to pack up after. DENIED. Little things could have been done to accommodate a much better experience.

This was so cute and cozy and just steps from the beach! While I worked family was able to enjoy the beach

Having the beach outside our front door gave our morning walks a whole new meaning. It was peaceful and serine. Even though the access is public and next to a public parking, I highly recommend this location for those that relish a walk in the smooth sand of a very clean beach. We truly enjoyed the ease of our stay in a property well stocked for our needs. Especially the full size indoor laundry! Thank you.

Clean, simple, and nice accommodations
We enjoyed our stay. The hosts did a great job of maintaining their property. We felt the space was well cleaned and maintained. We enjoyed our time and especially the proximity to the beach.

Right on beach access!
Great for a family of four. Has all the amenities you need except no pool or jacuzzi, but we did not need those. Dogs allowed for a small fee and also allowed on the beach, leased of course. Area was clean and safe. Lots of places to eat that were not too crowded, unlike other places we have traveled to lately.

Just steps from the beach, this updated apartment was just what we needed for a quick getaway. Host was very responsive and provided detailed info. Would stay again.

It was an amazing place and location, not long enough
No extra toliet paper!!!!! We had bad luck from time we got in town to check in but not any fault of condo just a bad appendicitis!!!!

Gorgeous beach house apartment
We stayed here for a week with 3 kids and a dog- and had plenty of space. The home is well stocked and clean, steps from the beach, ample parking. Just beautiful! Best Vacation rental we have experienced! We will stay again!

Beautifully appointed bungalow right on the beach
Kitchen and Bathroom are very modern with all needed conveniences. The separate ice maker was and unexpected plus. Beds were comfortable- towels and bedding luxurious. Place is small yet convenient.

A much needed getaway
My husband and I were looking to getaway and just relax without a vacation "to do" list. We enjoyed our 1.5 mile walk to Neptune every day and our step out to the beach, everyday which our golden doodle loved or just enjoying netflix and a nice homemade salad. We did not want for anything other than more days at the cottage. Thank you for allowing us to enjoylife at the beach! Dave, Nan and Rusty the goldendoodle

Cute Property, Great Location
This is a very cute property with a great location! It was footsteps from the beach! The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, if that bothers you, but it is no worse than a hotel. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying at this location.

Good Weekday Vacay
Great location to the beach, very clean during these COVID times, really appreciated the many amenities—ice machine, Keurig coffee pot along with the pods, snacks, and well equipped kitchen. Convenient first floor location to bring in luggage, etc. The only downside was the heavy walkers in the condo above us at night.

4 beach rentals in a house
this is a very cute BLUE house that has been divided into 4 rentals- it is directly on the beach: depending on which unit you get. i would stay a way from any downstair unit. the house is not well insulated so noise is a big concern- every step could be heard from above as well as showers, toilets and conversations. it is also right next to a public parking area for the beach. too much noise and not a lot of privacy. it is perfect for a short beach weekend if these issues are not a big deal for you. compared to other locations the price is high.

Everything was perfect! The decor is simple, yet sleek. The upgrades are impeccable and tasteful. Loved the bunk beds! We didn’t bring our dog this time, but love that it is an option since it is so difficult to find nice pet friendly rentals! Go ahead and book it now...literally steps to the beach!
