The unit was spacious and in an ideal location that was fairly central to local attractions. There was onsite property management who were very helpful and quick to action on any needs.

Fine but no cleaning service, same towels and sheets for 9 days. I should get credit for this.

Nice property in a very nice complex. The actual unit was a great space but the plumbing and mechanical were in tough shape. Fans rattled, pipes were leaking, and the kitchen/bathroom items and facilities were getting very old and tired. The front desk staff were not helpful at all but the concierge staff were very good at calling transportation and helping folks out. Overall, I enjoyed the property but would look elsewhere for the next PV stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Los Tules Beach front resort. The property is well maintained and gives you an old town feel. Absolutely stunning grounds! Its more suited for middle age to senior style vacation. We rented four rooms, four bath connected condo on the third and fourth floors with three other couples. No elevators but stairs were easy. The rooms are large. The common room to patio has plenty of furniture and seating. The patios were large and accommodating with an awesome view of the water and grounds. No BBQ and limited cooking supplies. The pools are pleasant but security squashed any activity other slow swim and soaking. Not for kids or people who want to play. Zero activity allowed. Limited seating and shade around the restaurant pool however there are eight other pools to choose from. I would rate restaurant at a six. The resort is spread out and did not seem to be busy but the staff seemed bothered by requests or questions. The location was perfect for us. There are plenty of pubs, dining and groceries in walking distance. I would give an overall rating of an 4 out of 5. We all agreed we would stay here again. Thank you Los Tules for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful property. We were 8 persons , huge place, everyone had their own space and bathroom . Easy to get to downtown and Marina. Pictures in advertising was accurate. The only negative is the pool was cold.
