House was nice location was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Fisherman's Dream. Community entrances had security so felt very safe. Robyn was great to work with and answered any questions quickly. & the location was PERFECT! 5 -10 min walk to the marina & downtown area. The new Walmart in town is a 15-20 min walk, which was great! There are wonderful sport courts that aren't that far away, but the hike is all uphill going to (good sidewalks). (we definitely got lots of exercise!) There is a nice little cafe at the courts that has great smoothies & fresh fruit water (& food) for before or after play. The downside, for us, was that the pool was not heated, which in the summer would be fine, but in January was pretty chilly. However, after hiking up to the pickleball courts, playing for a while & hiking back down, a few quick dips in the pool was very refreshing! So we still used it. You also get to "enjoy" the music from downtown most nights, you're so close! lol Overall, our stay was great & the price was reasonable. Thank you, Robyn!

We had a great time exploring Los Cabos from this very comfortable and conveniently located home in Pedregal. Robyn and Angel were very responsive to any questions or requests we had. They even let us use their beach umbrella and chairs. Safety was never an issue in this guarded, gated community. And we could walk to many of the things we wanted to do. The house had three bedrooms with king beds and terraces, which was perfect for my wife and I, and our two adult children.

Close to marina and all the great downtown restaurants and bars. Great comms and owner, definitely will rent again.

This is a lovely single family residence w/private pool ~ 1/2mile from downtown. Everything was easily walkable. Robyn lives next door and was quite helpful

Online look was not what it was. Was very old and musty. Bed smelled like urine. I had to buy a blanket to sleep on. Did not cook either

We had a great stay at the Pedregal and it was all made possible by RObyn. She greeted us upon arrival and that made my brothers and I feel very comfortable. Our 1 full day fishing trip was very successful and then we just relaxed for the next couple of days. Would gladly and definitely book this house again.

Robyn’s house was perfect for our group of 4. We loved the location as we came to fish offshore. We also were able to walk to restaurants at the harbor/marina very easily. She was extremely helpful and her communication was above and beyond. We loved having the pool! Highly recommend!!

This place is so close to the marina and surroundings. We could walk everywhere. Place is great with living quarters on one floor and all sleeping upstairs. Enjoyed fully and will be back! Robyn was great with communication.

Great place. Beautiful, clean, close to everything but in a quiet gated community. Walking distance to all the good stuff. Awesome pool....very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again! Loved it!!!

We had the best stay here at casa Thomas. Robyn the owner was great. The house was clean and perfect for my friends and I. This was their first trip to Cabo and my 7th. I will use Robyn and this house from now on when I come to Cabo. Thanks again Robyn. See you in either October or November.

What a way to see Cabo. My family could not have asked for a better host. Best place and best location with all the needed amenities. We will be staying with Robyn when we return.

This place was just perfect for 4 adults (my husband, me and two friends). The property is quite large and we had a lot of space. The location was perfect and we walked pretty much everywhere in town. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels which was really nice because we had a lot of showers and beach/pool trips. The laundry was really nice to have. Robyn was very communicative with anything we needed. The pool was so nice to have. The only downside was there was no hairdryer so be sure to bring your own!

We had a great time in Cabo. The house was close to everything. Lots of shops, restaurants, the marina, and the beach. Robyn was a great host. She has lots of great recommendations.

The home was in a great location. Home as described. The only downside were numerous cockroaches inside and no hot water the last day.

The location worked out great for our fishing trip. It was just across the street from the marina.Robin was a pleasure to deal with and we can’t wait to come back and go again. if you’re looking for a boat, check out the La Patrona on dock two these guys know how to fish.

Overall good experience Great location

The house is even prettier than pictured and very large and comfortable. The neighborhood is in a great spot to walk all around to everything Cabo has to offer. Gated community with pleasant security. The back yard is delightful but is in the shade most if the day and the pool is cold in February. Communication was excellent both with the owner and the driver who picked us up from the airport and delivered us to our door.

This is exactly as advertised. Great location for fishing and exploring. We recommend it for fishing trips for sure. Make the hike over to Pedregal Beach. Worth it.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for us because it was walking distance to marina. Easy to have Uber/airport trans drop off right in front of villa. Villa was nice and clean with plenty of room for 4 adults. Dipping pool was cold as it does not get much sun but the privacy and open concept of the first floor made up for it. My husband and I had a great time staying in Cabo. Fisherman’s Dream Location Pedregal close to Marina sums up this property. We were able to walk everywhere at any time of day and enjoyed every minute of it. We walked to the private beach which is an excellent little hike (nearly 3miles round trip) and walked to the local grocery and gas station for supplies a few times. All the restaurants in Cabo and around the Marina are also walkable and we visited many of them during our 5 night stay. The house itself has everything you need. Our suitcase was lost and we never received it but we didn't miss a beat. The house, the local store or pharmacy had the few essentials we needed and we were set. I highly recommend staying at the Pedregal house.

This property is great. It’s within walking to the beach and all the night life cabo has to offer. It’s exactly as advertised. Very nice private pool. Robyn was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay, house is clean, well furnished with a purified water system so no trips to the store for bottled water all the time. Robyn is a great host, very helpful pointing out nearby activities, would stay here again!

We loved our stay, especially the location and proximity to the city of Los Cabos.

This condominium in the Pedregal Community was perfect for our weekend! The three bedroom unit was simply furnished yet contained everything for our stay. King sized beds and plenty of room for our group of five was a pleasant surprise and the private pool was great to have during the warm afternoons. We were super stoked that there was a full size washer and dryer since we had been sailing for 10 days prior to our arrival. The host Robyn was fantastic and quickly responded to any questions we had. She even set up private massages for us on super short notice! (One of the best massages I've ever had!) The condo was in a great location and we were able to walk to the marina and downtown in less than 10 minutes. Having a guarded community also made us feel safe when we walked back late at night. We will be back!!!!!

Fantastic location in Cabo San Lucas, just inside the gated community at Pedregal. Quick 10 minute walk to all activities in the marina, shops and restaurants. Local Beach (with no vendors) and downtown is 15 - 20 min walk away. Clean house, and owner provided great suggestions of where to go and eat. Easy access if renting a car to visit other areas of Baja. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cabo!!

Robyn was very attentive and great to deal with. She answered any questions that popped up immediately and had great dining suggestions. The pool was awesome for beating the heat. The property was close to everything (walking distance) and had everything we needed. Would stay again.
