Great property! Will be renting again!

This property has a great location and we were able to walk out and cross-country ski on the lake. Lots of space for our family of four to spread out and make ourselves at home. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing games together.

We had a 1 night stay in the Brainerd Lakes area, and found this cabin. It is actually quite a bit bigger than it looks like in the outside photo. Very clean and comfortable. Owner communicated well in advance, and the property use instructions were clear.

Very nice place to stay. Our place was right next to 371. Convenient location to stay if using area attractions, nothing there for the family to do on site.

Got what we paid for.

This was a wonderful getaway for my family to get up north and relax! Upon arrival, there was a nice gift on the center island, very thoughtful! Everything was well stocked, clean and very comfortable including nice towels and bedding. This is a spacious cabin and Nicely furnished and plenty of boardgames as well. My only comment is the master shower is too small. We ended up using the shower off the living room which was more spacious. I suggest a small table or hooks on the wall in that bathroom so There is some thing to hang your clothes on. I would return to this location in a heartbeat!

Property was beautiful. It felt very roomie. It has a great porch. I was sent a check in code so getting access was really easy. Great area.

The cabin was great, just as described! The property was cute, and well kept up. The beach is perfect, and the dock system with the boat lift was everything we needed! The beds were comfortable which you don't always see happen in resorts that often. Kitchen had everything we needed, and location was great on the lake. If you like sunsets, you'll love this spot. Oh, and the fire pits with wood provided was a great time to end the day! Thanks for the stay!

This property is a great option for families. We loved having a beach, and a playground for the kids. Nice that there is also an option to rent a boat from the property or rent a boat from elsewhere and rent just a slip. The cabin was generous in size for the four of us and we spent a lot of time in the screened in porch area. We played a lot of the games that they had available in the cabin- another nice feature! The place could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs on the furniture in the four season room, and the interior floor seemed to have been swept, but not mopped. I have an infant that crawls around and his little shins were dirty within minutes of arriving at the house. I should’ve asked them to come back and mop it, but didn’t bother, so I’ll take some responsibility for that. There’s a bit of a musty smell in the place too- but assume that that’s probably just how it goes with cabin life!

Amazing property was even better in person, amazing view of the lake and great waterfront that I enjoyed with my daughters for the long holiday weekend. Definitely recommend!

The property was exactly as described.. The only downside was a short walk to the lake.

We had a lovely experience for a weekend getaway with friends running the Run For The Lakes races. We had a rainy weekend so we really took advantage of the beautiful cabin and cozy fireplace. The cabin was very clean and spacious. The only complaint our group had was removing all the linens from beds and gathering all the towels at the end of our stay. For the price and cleaning fee, we felt this service should be included, especially since the check-out was at 10:00 am. We really enjoyed every other aspect and highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing girls weekend getaway! Plenty of space, and the perfect location to do lots of shopping in Nisswa. Would definitely book again!

Really liked this property - we stayed in winter so outside location wasn't as important. The house was super comfy and clean and perfect for our girls night away.

Property was clean and near the lake. Was easy process to book, check in and rent a boat lift. Well furnished, although some of the kitchen utensils / pots / pans could use updating as they were pretty beat up. Property is pretty close to Hwy 371 but it honestly didn't bother us very much. All in all a nice spot for a family vacation! Would rent again!

The property was very clean and well-appointed. Nice to have multiple showers and bathrooms, and was a great location for our needs. This particular cabin is very close to the highway, so there was a little bit of road noise at night in the master bedroom. Overall, less noise than I thought there'd be, though. Thank you for the hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay with family. Location is great. So much in the area to do but very content just to sit and take in the view. Our only concern was the rotten egg odor that was noted and persisted with showering, doing dishes or just using water at any sink. Not sure if that was just an issue with our particular unit or if it affects all units.

Nice cabin that worked well for our family. Close to beach and water. Pretty view but you aren’t able to see a lot of the water itself from the cabin. Nice distance from water if you have little ones. Close to the road but the road noise is essentially nonexistent when inside. Very relaxing. Nice to have a washer and dryer.

Great stay -- nice property. Had a little difficulty getting our stay confirmed, but customer service team helped us out.

Great place. Not right on the lake, but close. A little loud by the road at times but overall peaceful and comfortable!

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. The property manager was very accommodating and flexible with great communication. The property is very clean and well appointed for a small family with very comfortable beds. Considering the lack of snow for our planned winter activities and warmer temps it would’ve been nice to a small space heater for the sun porch or for the property to have their fire pits available for use. We were able to use the pit at the neighboring property as a solution. Overall this property was very nice and convenient location. That said it is close proximity to a large 4 lane divided highway. However, the traffic noise was only an issue upon rising in the mornings and not really visible. I would recommend this property to others traveling to the area, mainly because of the customer service of the property manager that really went above and beyond.

It was a great stay! Make sure you bring sharp knives and any other kitchen stuff you can’t live without, otherwise a great stay!

The cabin was very comfy and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfy and I was impressed with the 3 bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a bit more seating in the living room, but overall it was very nice. The management was easy to work with and very helpful. The cabin we were in, was a bit farther from the lake than I expected, but not far, but also very close the highway. Overall, I would stay again, and recommend to others.

This cabin was very clean and cozy. It was super close to the highway, however, and not directly on the lake. Well stocked with kitchen essentials, bath towels and starters of dish and laundry soap. It was too cold for the sunroom, but would have loved that in warmer weather! Cute little resort.
