The place was great. Stayed with my family. Hosted 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids) very easily. The lay out of the home is excellent for gathering together or enjoying activities in the home separately. Very close to great dining and activities. We really loved our stay minus two things. 1) this knives in the home are incredibly dull 2) Vacasa support was broken: Took a week to answer my email inquiry, each time I was contacted it I believe I was working with AI that wasn’t really helpful and then when I thought I was working worth a person they were still unhelpful or inept.

The property was really nice and we enjoyed the pool. Good location close to stores and eating places.

First the good….the house itself was great. Plenty of room for our group and the pool and outdoor spaces were excellent. Location was a super short walk to a small neighborhood play area. The sheets were soft and the towels were plentiful and fluffy. Now the bad…..THE BEDS!! Every single adult in our group had sore backs and hips by the end of the week. I get that bed comfort is a personal thing so the first night just assumed it was me…but as week went on it became clear that across the board they were awful. We didn’t realize that we had to call ahead and tell them that we wanted pool heated. When we did call found out there was a $85/day charge, which I understand, but that information was not listed anywhere until we got the check in information the day of arrival. We lost a swimming day because of not knowing had to pre-arrange. That being said, the management was super responsive and by next morning pool was perfect temp. This houses location was fantastic, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but the beds would be a deal breaker for us to rent again.

Our group of 8 adults stayed here for the baseball classic at Surprise Stadium. We had plenty of room for us all to congregate and visit. We cooked all meals on property. Although, the available kitchen utensils may not have been what we would have at home, it was certainly enough to make do. The outdoor area was nice, just as shown in the picture.

The house was great and very spacious. Enough bathrooms to accommodate eight women. The beds were quite comfortable and there plenty of bath and pool towels. We spent every afternoon in the pool. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Everything was clean and neat and looked well taken care of. I also liked the use of the garage. I would definitely recommend Tasha's Place to anyone looking a place.

The AC--in the middle of the Arizona heatwave--was broken upon arrival. The temperature of the house was 88F when we checked in at 4PM, but we incorrectly assumed that the AC was trying to play catch up given the heat. We left shortly thereafter for a family event. When we returned the temperature was still high but it was too late to move accommodations given the young kids in our group. The following day, the AC repairman arrived but was unable to repair the unit to full working order and we vacated the premises. The property manager agreed to issue a full refund for the troubles but the refund was never issued.

This house was awesome, super clean, lots of room and the location was perfect. The only problem I had with the stay was running out of toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. I had to run the the store to purchase these items. Oh, and it was difficult to get someone to email me back. I won’t get a response from vrbo or Vacasa.

It was well appointed with linens, towels, cookware, dishes, etc. Neighbourhood was quiet and location was close to plenty of grocery stores, Costco, restaurants, etc. only a 20 minute walk to surprise stadium. Our biggest disappointment was regarding the Pool Heater and the lack of effort provided by Vacasa to rectify. We requested pool heat well in advance and was charged the heating fee prior to arrival. When we arrived the pool was cold and the heater was not running. We identified an error code on the heater which I communicated to the property manager. Over the next 4 days I was in contact with Vacasa awaiting someone to come and rectify. On the 4th day someone came and we were told parts were required and it likely wouldn’t be fixed, our payment was refunded but we were more interested in having the heater repaired. I was skeptical that the heater couldn’t be repaired as it appeared to be a simple temperature sensor needing replacement. On the 10th and final night of our stay the pool guy showed up and claimed he had just received the call out an hour prior. Within 10 minutes he had the heater repaired with what he explained was a very common part and readily available. This was very frustrating, if the request was addressed in the first day or so it would have significantly changed our vacation. We had four kids who spent more time looking at the pool rather than playing in it. This could have all been prevented with proper follow up from the property management group. I would certainly recommend this property, but would be very hesitant to rent another property managed by Vacasa. I did post a similar review on the Vacasa site but it appears they have opted not to post it…..VRBO please post this one.

Spacious five bedroom with pool accommodated our group of five comfortably. A few miles from the Surprise Tennis and Racquet facility. There is a charge to have the pool heated and you must let them know ahead of your visit.

Loved the outdoor area and proximity to groceries and other stores. Great kitchen and accessibility for all people. Thank you!

We were a group of nine. The home was well equipped with everything you need for great dinners and dining together. Excellent outdoor space with a nice grill and recreation area. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi and some kind of stereo system.

The home was very clean and true to the photos on line. It has lots of space to accommodate multiple guests with TVs in several rooms. The garbage disposal was plugged up and not working upon arrival. The odor coming from the rotting food could not be ignored so we had to contact the property manager to have it fixed. The garage door would not go down which required another call to the manager. Two days later they were able to get a temporary solution for this. One day into our 8 day stay, the internet went out. With no internet, the smart TVs do not work. The internet provider they have did not fix this for 4 days. Neighboring properties all had internet/cable. I think this property needs to upgrade to a better provider because this was unacceptable. We could not do any work from our laptops and our teens could not watch any TV and with temperatures 110+, we needed to spend time indoors. The representatives of Vacasa are all very nice, but each time you call them, they have to create a ticket and then you wait hours for a call back and then hours to days for any solution. The property is within walking distance to the Surprise Stadium. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Nice place for 3 couples to share. Great location for driving to various hiking trails. Furniture is worn out - especially in the back yard. Maintenance/management company (Vacasa) responds to problems (pool wasn’t heated and dryer not working) but expect to make multiple calls and wait on hold.

The home itself was beautiful. The issue was lack of concern about the broken heater for the pool. I checked prior to my trip that the pool was heated. When we arrived on Wednesday at 6 pm the pool service was there. When speaking with them the impression I got was that it would not be fixed as well as an attitude of oh well too bad. I was more upset with your staff and how they handled getting the matter resolved. First of all these matters should be checked out days before a families arrival that everything is functioning not the day before. Also follow up communication was terrible. I was the one that had to contact them first as to the status of the repair and I still never was informed as to what was happening. My two granddaughters and I were very disappointed. We were looking forward to a nice evening swim after a day Of sightseeing as well as a morning swim. You charge a lot of money for a home I believe everything should be functioning properly. I also would advise you to train your staff about good communication and follow up which there was none. I hope this matter is resolved for the next family. Linda

We had our four sons with us on this trip they all had the Own space no sharing a room. The was more then enough for us.
