Absolutely perfect! Everything was super high quality and the house was in great shape. It was very easy to cook, comfortable to hang out and the views and location were top notch. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful family vacation for the four of us, and our dogs! We went hiking every day in Gatlinburg, the restaurants were great (especially the ones the mangers recommended), and there are tons of things to do. One thing to notes is that driving up to this cabin is not something you want to do in bad weather without a 4x4. Even making the drive in the pitch black of night was more interesting than I would have liked, but how else can you get to those heights? Loved this place!

The cabin and views were as beautiful in real life as it looked in the pictures! We had an excellent time and felt right at home. The location is also perfect! You felt alone, but also close enough to all the things! My whole family loved it!

This house had such beautiful mountain views from nearly EVERY ROOM, including from all three primary suites!! It also had so many fun decks for eating, lounging and playing games!
One thing that I don't think was mentioned in the description (but was such a pleasant surprise) was that renters also get access to the homeowners' association amenities, including 3 outdoor pools!
We would definitely return!

The view was terrific. Lots of bears, birds, chipmunks, and all sorts of wildlife. The location was so nice to be close to downtown Gatlinburg but just far enough to not be in the middle of things. The space was great for my husband, myself, and 2 adult sons. They loved evenings playing pool. There is so much outdoor space you can switch up where you want to sit every evening if you like. The hot tub and view was amazing! So nice after a day of hiking at the nearby Great Smokey Mountain National Park.
Cloud Nine is super responsive to anything you need during your stay and you will get a response within minutes of sending them a message.
We would definitely go back!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great views and property. Game room and multiple decks were a hit with our whole party. Bedroom and bathroom setup was comfortable for our group.

It was a couples trip the views was amazing. The set up of the cabin was just like the pictures. We had dinner and breakfast outside on the patio. The area was quiet and relaxing. On the last day there we seen a bear right below our cabin which was pretty cool. My husband and brother in law went into town to get something and they witness a bear in one of the constitution workers car he blow the horn to let the workers know it was a bear out there. When the bear heard the horn he ran off with one of the workers bag, I hope he didnt have anything important in it. But overall when ever you go to the mountains you are very likely to see a bear.

We only rented for two nights but we were really impressed when we walked in the front door and enjoyed all the activities that were available. Comfortable beds very nice setup on this one. BIG DECK WITH NICE VIEW. 2 outside fire pits on the deck I couldn't get either one to work but maybe that was my fault. That was the only issue we had but still loved it.

Great house with exceptional views! Very accommodating - perfect for our 3 couples as each had a master bedroom! All details attended to. Cant wait to book our next stay!

The cabin was roomy with plenty of entertainment spaces. We enjoyed talks by one of the two fire pit areas. The pool table was used multiple times during our stay. Each time we contacted Cloud 9 properties, they responded quickly and had someone to come out to make sure everything was working properly.
One of the best vacation rentals we have been in! We will be back!

The property has great views of the ridge btn it and gatlinburg, you can see leconte well beyond the ridge. The interior was nicely decorated and everything you would expect. But there were several issues with the tvs, ac, jacuzzi and a tub that wasn’t as expected. Overall it was ok.

Absolutely the overall best cabin that we have EVER stayed in during our many visits to the NC/TN mountains!!! We will be returning! Cloud 9 was the absolute best at communicating with us during our stay about any outages in the area! They were on it before we realized there was an issue! Amazing customer service on top of the million dollar view and the LUXURIOUS CABIN! We will be using Cloud 9 again! We love them and appreciate the service and cleanliness they provide!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful views. Great set up for shared space and separate spaces too. Very clean, well appointed and beds very comfortable. Only one suggestion from our group would be to add a handrail for front steps into the house.

Very nice house. Had everything we needed. Lots of construction in the area sometimes blocking the road but can’t hold that against this property.Had a couple of pretty good thunderstorms and this place had an amazing view to watch them. It was close enough to everything as well.

We had a great stay with older Grandparents and grandkids aged 5 and 3. It was a good location to explore Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while Grandparents stayed at the cabin due to mobility. The view is stunning and we cooked four meals over two days while we were there, so the kitchen was definitely stocked.

This home was absolutely incredible. It was way better than expected. All 3 couples who stayed, loved their accommodations as each room was a suite. We couldn't have been happier with the location, and our overall stay. And the view....Breathtaking is the only word that comes close to describing the beauty. The house was fabulous! The hot tub, bedrooms, deck, living space, kitchen and view were beautiful! We had coffee watching the sun rise on the deck and had a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset plus hot tub breaks!

We loved having three master suites with en-suite full baths on this trip. Perfect for couples or friend groups. Loved the fire pits, hot tub, and smart TVs throughout the home. Close to downtown Gatlinburg for food and shopping.

Great overall and great property. The only problem was dirty floors. You can’t see it with your eye. However the kids would walk for one minute then have dirty feet. That was the only issue.
