We would not stay any place else in Bluffton. The location is incredible. We took the golf cart to dinner, shopping, to the May river to see the dolphins and to take the sunset cruise. On Thursdays, directly across the street, there’s a huge farmers market with music, food and specialty items. Theres also a great playground. It’s just a fun spot. The home is clean, beds are comfortable, shower is great and the backyard is perfect for children and pets. We smoked a brisket on the Traeger grill. We highly recommend this lovely home for your next rental.

The residence was perfect! Plenty of room for us 4 adults, two teen girls and our pup. The backyard was fenced in, which allowed our pup to enjoy his stay without having his leash on. The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bedroom bed was sooo comfortable! Having the golf cart was nice for going downtown for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future!

We were very excited to arrive at this property. It had all 5 star ratings and the photos looked like it was fresh and inviting. Not the case when we arrived. The place was tired. The couches were over used with pillows that have lost their shape, and they smelled so bad that we had to cover them to tolerate sitting on them. Bathmat at the master shower was either dirty or stained....nothing you'd want to put your clean feet on. Couch in master was also overused and stained. Screened in porch was filthy as was the furniture on it. There was no place in the master bath to hang up towels. Also, renters should be aware this is on a very busy street with lots of traffic, much of it truck traffic. Very noisy and vehicles totally ignore the 25 mph speed limit making it unsafe to cross at times. There are cameras all over outside. We felt like we were being watched. Shame, too, because there is a fenced in yard which was great for our dogs, but we felt very uncomfortable sitting on the deck, wondering if we were being watched. While I'm sure security is important, maybe cameras should be covered when people are staying there? Many light bulbs were burned out and the few that were left to replace them were also burned out. One picture was falling off the wall and it seemed like an easy fix. The second bath smelled like mildew. While there was plenty of room to sleep eight (we were only two), I can't imagine having that many people there with the second bathroom being so small and doubling as a laundry room. Also the living room does not have enough seating for eight. There were some pros: Even though there were black stain marks on the sheets, they, and the the towels, were clean. Ceiling fans were big. The beds were very comfortable (but no mattress pads?). The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Snacks were left for us. The master shower was good -- roomy and good shower head. Cabinet in the master bath was handy for holding toiletries and plenty of drawer space. The house is convenient for walking all over Old Town Bluffton. We are sure this house, when first remodeled was probably just adorable. But the upkeep since has been poor. We went from this house to Hilton Head where the house is exactly as pictured, we feel like we're the fist ones to ever stay here, it's so clean. It has a pool, double the space, also three bedrooms. Just gorgeous, but the same price as this house! Do not recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and the home was immaculate. This home was walking distance to all the downtown Bluffton shops and restaurants and a beautiful park across the street.

This jewel of a find was located right in the middle of downtown Bluffton, a quiet little community with so much to offer. Our family chose this location to be homebase for the seven of us as our youngest son was marrying his bride at Oldfield. staying together during this busy weekend turned into a joyous occasion for each and everyone of us. We'd love to return to the same house for a very leisurely stay. Wonderful communication with Jonathon was much appreciated.

This is my second stay and hopefully not my last. The layout of the home and yard is fantastic. The main room is great for gathering and the bedrooms are all in different areas of the house for privacy. The front porch is great for people watching and the location is ideal for walking to all areas of historic downtown. The yard is perfect for relaxing and for your furry friend. The owner is responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful home.

An awesome house and was just perfect for the family. Had everything you needed and more. The golf cart was a plus also to have there. Great park just across the road for the granddaughters. Perfect house for us.

A true getaway with a charming, relaxing atmosphere! This little cottage nestled in the heart of Bluffton is perfection! We spent a blissful week with our grown children and grandbaby in this little slice of heaven. The town is sweet. Beautiful architecture, reminded us of a mini Savannah. It is filled with quaint shops, coffee houses and cafés. We did enjoy the Farmer's Market on Thursday morning, right across the street. We got the best crab mac n cheese we've ever tasted! The golf cart was handy and so much fun to drive down to the pier or zip around downtown. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and not the cheap rickety kinda stuff...we're talking quality, clean new modern kinda stuff!) The beds were super comfy with big plump pillows, soft duvets and clean crisp white linens! The master bath was a dream! Oversized glass shower, deep clawfoot tub and even a ceiling heater! Luxury at every turn! It has a large screened in front porch for morning coffee and a big back deck for grilling and late night conversating. We also could be at Hilton Head Beach within 20 minutes and went several times throughout the week. Lastly, the cherry on top were the owners...really kind people. We actually ran into them in town. Jonathan and Patricia were so personable and honestly wanted us to enjoy everything about our stay! They were good about reaching out and providing us with all the info we needed in a timely manner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. The Bluffton State of mind was in full effect! 5 well deserved stars all the way around. Book it. You won't regret it.

We had such a relaxing trip. Communication was excellent. The home is beautiful with upgraded appliances, TV's and everything you would possibly need to cook or grill out. We especially enjoyed cooking on the Traeger grill. The beds are so comfortable too. The yard is fenced and is like a courtyard for your pup to explore. We walked or took the cart to the pier each day to see the sunset. We cant wait to go back either here or one of Jonathan's other homes. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Besides the location is great…especially if you like Perfect. The house newly renovated in a homely and Bluffton “State of Mind” way and best of all the hosts are truly wonderful people! We will be staying for a full month again next year!

We stayed for my brother-in-laws wedding with a group of friends who were invited too and this property could not have been more perfect for us. The communication was perfect from the owners, the cleanliness was incredible, and the location could not be beat. We walked every morning to downtown for coffee and breakfast and we’re able to walk to the welcome party location for the wedding! The golf cart was a HUGE added bonus and we took that around the town as well. We had the perfect amount of beds and it had everything we needed. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

This home had everything. Location was ideal. Just a few short blocks from shops. Ample off street parking for multiple vehicles. Across the street was a park and playground. House layout was perfect. Each of the 3 bedrooms are private in separate parts of the home. The outdoor area is spacious and wonderful for relaxing as was the screened front porch. The fenced yard was ideal for my dog. He thoroughly enjoyed romping and exploring I highly recommend and plan to return. And last but not least, the owners were so accommodating, pleasant and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed out stay at this perfect updated house set in the Bluffton with a really great location and wonderful coastal lowcountry furnishings, updated kitchen and baths with lots of freshly placed towels. Really nice floor plan with separate wings shalls we say if you had kids. Me and my husband didn't use them but good to have if you had more people. It was extremely clean in every detail. The location was awesome we could walk in the morning thru the pretty park across the street to the Cottage and the Corner Coffee for breakfast and then take a walk down to May River. At night to Pearl or Calhoun St Grill and Icecream shop for dinner. They had a few artisans craft events at the park very low key and nice to walk over and chat to spend a few hours. Sleeping was a dream and the TV's worked great.. Parking was right at your door and made packing up easy but it was hard to leave such a nice home and beautiful town of Bluffton. Any way if you thinking of staying here it is 10 out of 10 fantastic no hesitation thumbs up!.

This is a beautifully appointed cottage with 3 bedrooms and a courtyard steps from restaurants and bars in Bluffton. The cottage has a beachy feel painted in whites and light grays. The beds were very comfortable and new TVs with streaming service were available in the bedrooms and family room. The owner, Jonathan, is extremely accommodating and is clearly interested in providing a quality experience for his guests. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here whenever I return to Bluffton.

What a gem! Book it now. My family of four including a 6yo and 8yo spent all of January and February 2020 in this charming house and it was a fantastic experience. The house itself is adorable and we spent many nights hanging out on the front porch with a lovely view of the Hawyard house which is always beautifully lit and sometimes has live music! The kids LOVED the park and the playground also right across the street. Then there is the farmers market on Thursday which, too, is right across the street. Old town Bluffton is as charming as it looks with boutiques and really good restaurants all in walking distance (plus so much more to do on Hilton Head Island which is less than 15 min away). Morning walks to the marsh after getting your coffee at Corner Perk will be a highlight. A pretty peaceful and relaxing setting if you're looking to escape to a slower pace. Last but not least, the owners were kind, super responsive, helpful and overall wonderful - they really care that you have a great experience. Definitely 5 stars all around.
