Conforto, isonorização dos quartos, practicalidade. Cama excelente, fantástico duche, isolamento sonoro e térmico de qualidade superior, grande televisor, wifi livre e grátis sem códigos nem passwords.

O quarto pequeno faz com que não haja espaço para a cadeira na mesa de apoio. Eventualmente parte desta mesa deveria se estender para a lateral a fim do seu espaço não ficar totalmete confinado à zona da cama. É um detalhe!

When I reserved at Booking I knew that I could not cancel but unfortunately I made a mistake because the Tennis tournament that brought me to Caldas da Rainha had no couples so I was ready to comeback to Lisbon after the first night. As I knew that demand for hotels was very high for Saturday I asked if I could leave earlier and receive a reimbursement. The answer was no and the argument was odd. If it was at winter they could attend my demand but as the hotel was full they could not. It was this poor argument that made me downgrade my evaluation. I had friends that did not manage to get a room for this Saturday, so I am sure they could sell the room. Once they understood my dissatisfaction they propose a credit until end of September but I had no reason to return so as a last attempt I told them that they could deduct the fee of Booking company and return the difference. To finish, and repeat, I did not like the odd argument and the poor flexibility the Hotel Management has shown about my demand. As result my next stays during next tournaments in Caldas will be at Sana Hotel that is 30 meters of the courts. It is more expensive but has other conditions

location is fabulous, close to centrum yet very quiet. about 15 minutes walk to either train or bus station. rooms have zero amenities, like coffee pot , refrigerator etc. however staff willing accommodate any request if they are able. grocery next door, you can buy breakfast croissant fresh juice and a coffee for $2.75

I booked this hotel for a one nigh stay as I came to Caldas for a sportive competition. The hotel has a free parking in the back so it safe to park your car, the staff is kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast available which seem nice but I did not book it. Will come back there for sure.

Breakfast was simple but more than enough. The hotel is very cosy. Very simple but very nice :) The parking is perfect because the car stays in a safe place just behind the building. Decoration was very simple and very much what we wanted. The entrance place is very cosy also. We really liked the small lights to the side of the bed and the protections so you can have a really low light at night.

We loved everything. The only thing I can point out was the control of the big round light at the side. It would've been nice to only control that one and not light up the entire room.

Quiet location that you can easily travel by foot to tourist spots.

No control over room temperature, room was too hot. The first day we left the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff still went inside the room too make the beds and change a towel, also only one hand towel for 2 people. Little to no information on how the hotel operates, did not indicate where the stairs were (cleaning staff did not know if we could use the stairs) they just said call 900 for the reception. The window did not fully close, but I managed to fix it with a pocket screwdriver. Mold around the window and drapes.

New & clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good enough

A luggage rack is preferred as we have to leave it on the floor.
