Without a doubt, the most clean and well equipped property we have ever stayed at. Perfect location close to downtown and short drive to Monterey. Home was beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds and everything we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This cottage was perfect for a race weekend at Laguna Seca. Everything is updated with high-end fixtures and decorating. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Location near US 1 was perfect for getting to and from the race track and into Carmel. Rental and check-in process was very smooth. Highest rating.

We stayed here for our wedding celebration with our two teenage children. The house was warm and inviting. It was the perfect way to celebrate together. The kitchen was perfect, beds were cozy, and garage game room was a bonus!

Beautiful property with all the amenities. Felt very welcome by property mgr. Marco he is wonderful! Loved the location to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Easy mile to the beach and back. Outdoor areas were perfect and we brought our schnauzer, Tux. Carmel is sooo dog friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!

This recently remodeled home is absolutely wonderful in location to Carmel by the Sea, beauty in design, comfort including beds, and loaded with special amenities.

A very well done home with high end fit and finish. We treated it like our own as it deserved to be. Short walk to downtown Carmel by the sea allows one to feel like you are living in the neighborhood.

Beautiful residence. Great amenities. Very clean. Kitchen supplied with all necessary dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans etc. Host/owner supplied necessary s’mores materials. The grandson’s very much enjoyed! Bathrooms had all necessary soaps, shampoos, lots of towels and the bathrooms were beautiful. The outside BBQ was extremely clean. Something not found in many properties. Lastly, Marco was very accommodating and answered all my questions.

Holiday reset
This property was so cozy and perfect for our family of four. It is just as pictured with nice finishes and comfortable furnishings. Although we didn't use it, there is a separate game room which would be great for kids. I love to cook and the kitchen had pretty much anything and everything I needed. The location is GREAT, 2 minute drive into the town or very pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Took a couple of walks down to Carmel beach and enjoyed the neighborhood sights. We would stay here again and again!
