Good location but not parking available
This is a big scam, they lied about parking. They said free parking available which is a total lie, I parked at the location they informed me park but it was someone else’s parking who kicked me out of the parking and told me that there is no authority to park there. I booked this place knowing free parking seeing on booking but I was totally misled by the owner, this owner of this accommodation has lied in the advertisement, please do not fall for it. This is massive scam. I was promised by the management that they will sort out my parking issue but they don’t do nothing. I have received no help from anyone. Also this place wasn’t clean, dirty and no tissue paper available, I had to buy toilet papers. Hated this place. Please avoid this place.

The smell from the toilet was like sewage. It was disgusting, and i was nearly sick on a few occasions.

The communication with the owner was great, the apartment was roomy and clean.
The location is a short walk to the town center and an abundance of eateries.
Would have liked a feather pillow but that's my very specific preference.

Appartment was very good not far from town centre. Kitchen was great. Modern and well kitted out.
Parking wasn't great where it was.. we had big problem when we got there. No electrics working bathroom light hanging and bit of water dripping out of toilet fan. But fair play to owner he sent a chap to get the lights on , very nice chap .found a faulty wire and fixed it. We agreed to carry on with bathroom light not working , as it couldn't be fixed there and then
We didn't want to move to another apartment as we drove for 8 hours to get there and it was late.we were attending a family funeral the next day. We also next day had an awfull smell coming up the drains, I don't think the owner was aware of these problems at the time and would be sorted by now. We were very pleased with our stay despite a few hiccups.The maintenance man, who drove half hour to come and help was very quick to get there and was very nice man, very polite couldn't do enough for us even though it got quite late. 👍

Frankly speaking, not much at all. Nothing by way of shower gel, hair shampoo or even a tablet of soap im the bathroom which clearly had massive mould spores as the place stank. The lounge furnishings were ancient cast offs that had seen better days 30 years ago or more and seats on kitchen chairs were filthy though could easily have been cleaned. OK the bed was passable. clean and fresh smelling.
There was no heat in the place and there were no instructions on how to set the heaters up. To close the lounge blinds you had to climb onto the sofa soft furnishings. No window handle on the window by the kitchen area and windows inside and out were dirty so I wrote DIRTY on one so you could see it from the inside.
No mention made of the place being directly above one of the score or more of fast food shops, nor on a very busy road. Police, Ambulance and Fire Brigade have a busy time in Darlington. I hated the place, will never come back and consider it was a total rip off. Artistic licence given to the photographs.

Clean, not far away from town centre
Parking was behind a closed down restaurant without security or lighting in a run down area Opposite the flat. Entrance was via a numbered lock which I wasn't aware due to limited info on site. Had to call the guy over phone and get key safe and lock number.the guy wasn't very pleasant and only gave limited advice. I had to call a second time to find out where the parking was.stains on the sofas etc window couldn't be closed as there was no handle.the beds were very uncomfortable. I'd perhaps stay again but only because it was quite cheap and if I was strapped for cash

- Bed small & uncomfortable
- Toilet should never have been that small - its TOO small your face is next to the sink when you sit on the loo; shower is small space - ridiculous to think a space that small converted to a toilet
- floor creaked all the time
- NO PARKING ON SITE despite this being advertised - yes it is close but dependent on availability & instructions whether you can use the space is not clear
- EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER - passive aggressive on the phone, abrupt & paid nearly £200 to be made to feel like an idiot! Fix the attitude

I really appreciated the fact that I was able to change my room for another one due to my health reasons and I was accommodated very quickly and proficiently. The service was very good and response from the property manager was excellent.

The facilities in the flat were what we were looking for
it was quite tricky to work out how many individual beds the flats had . As it was there werr eenough but we nearly ended up with 2 people sharing a bed which wasn;t what we were after . Over all no cokplaints though as everyone got a bed .

the shower room was absolutely tiny. if your a tall person or a large person you will struggle to even get on the loo or stand in the shower.

Availability of essentials like oil, salt, pepper, utensils, cutlery. Appliances such as washing machine, toaster, stove etc. Wifi was good
No cleaning of rooms till you check out, no towel changes, toilet cleaning etc
There should be a door key hole to check the visitor outside.
Bath area and commode is too small to fit a normal person without hitting around
