We enjoyed this spacious house. There was plenty of room to spread out as well as space to be together. House was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Host provided all the things one would need for a fabulous stay. We all wanted to stay longer.

Wonderful updated home. Lots of little extras from a stocked kitchen to beach chairs etc. Close to the playground and the beach.

The house was perfect for a trip with our extended family. Plenty of space, bright, clean, a short bike ride to the beach, great view of the golf course, and excellent communication from the owner.

We had a wonderful time on Kiawah Island. The house was perfect for our family with 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 infants. The beach is awesome! We enjoyed walking and biking around the island. Everything is so clean and beautiful.

Property is lovely….best living spaces for our family of any property we have stayed in. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Communication with property manager was wonderful and check-in and check-out were seamless. All beds were super comfortable and the screened in porch was a treat even in the winter. The perfect place for much needed family time.

The house was impeccably clean, modern, and perfect for our stay. Josh answered all of our questions immediately via email and made the whole process super easy. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture/beds comfortable. We love Kiawah island and this house/location!

We visited Kiawah with my wife and adult children. Our place was fantastic and well supplied. It has a great master bathroom and spacious kitchen and family/living room area. There are five bedrooms. Our host was fantastic as he answered questions and supplied with much useful information about the area and his home. Great place!

We came to Kiawah as a family to celebrate a family wedding. This home for perfect for multiple families (3). I hope that we will return to this home on Kiawah again.

We came to Kiawah to celebrate a big birthday with all the kids and grandchild (2 1/2). We needed a house with at least four bedrooms, a good distance to the beach and well stocked. This house met all our requirements. It was beautiful, in a secluded setting and had a lay out that allowed all of us to gather but also find a quiet space. We would come back again! The owner was very responsive. However, we had no issues.

We have been renting at Kiawah every summer for the last 25 years. This is seriously the best experience we have had thus far. Easy to work with, easy check in, easy everything! The house is fantastic. Well-stocked inside and out. Beds were very comfortable!

We loved our stay and the owner was great about communication. The home is well equipped, both the kitchen and TVs, internet, etc. it was nice to have two refrigerators. I would recommend renting bikes to facilitate getting to the beach. Overall we loved our time and would stay again.

We’ve been visiting Kiawah for 20+ years and this rental is one of the best on the island! The house is perfect for a large family or group of friends - very well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and great living space where everyone can be together. You can tell a lot of thought went into decorating and stocking the house to ensure guests have a great time. Josh anticipated our every need and was very quick to respond when we had a question. I truly cannot recommend this place more! Hopefully we can return sometime soon!

Josh the owner was wonderful. Always available to answer questions and give information. House was clean and well stocked with chairs for the beach and refrigerator in house and in garage! That was a very wonderful touch since we had lots of food and drinks that we brought in. Josh got sent out the info on the house and WiFi codes- house- garage door codes very promptly. He is a great landlord!

This location is ideal for a large group. This smartly-appointed home has a floor plan that promotes full-group interactions, while offering plenty of room for privacy. It is situated on a golf course and has a relaxing feel. It is only a 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a short drive to Freshfields Village, the local shopping and dining center. Josh, the homeowner, was incredibly helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Hope to stay here again soon!

We had the best time! Josh was a great host and gave us lots of details about the house and surrounding area. The house is within walking distance of the beach which was nice. Our group couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable all the beds are. Such a lovely home! Cannot recommend enough!

Our extended family of 10 stayed here over spring break. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was bright and airy, with plenty of room. The large family/dining area had tall ceilings and the back wall had large windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the beautiful golf course. We were happy to seat all 10 of us together in the large dining table for dinner. We used the smaller table for kid's to do crafts. The house is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and has high-end everything.... from appliances (thermador), pots (all-clad), quality linens/towels, comfortable furniture and beds! Location is perfect with easy 8-10 min walk to the beach. It was peaceful to sit out on the screened porch overlooking the golf course. Great spot to read a book or hang out with a glass of wine. Josh was absolutely helpful and promptly responded to any questions; although 99% of what you will need to know will be in the detailed email he will send you prior to your arrival. Overall, our family all said this house was one of the best we've ever stayed in. It is one that you wish you owned, and I wouldn't change a thing about it!! Thank you Josh for everything.

Family consisted of two parents, 4 kids, 2 friends and a toddler foster child. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! 4 stars for cleanliness only because outdoors needed to blown/cleaned up, but indoors was spotless. 4 stars for web description because I remembered there being 4 bunks and a sectional in the bunk room- was I wrong about that? When I went back to confirm the pictures accurately depicted the layout. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Loved the sheets! Kitchen was well stocked, to our pleasant surprise- spices, dish soap, coffee and coffee filters were available. The kitchen was obviously designed and organized by a cook!! So well stocked and laid out! The living room could use more ambient lighting, especially over the dining table. But the space was perfect for our large family of 9- plenty of seating in both the living room and at the giant dining room table! Check-out expectations were high- I hope we did everything we were supposed to. I understand the need to start linens and dishwasher because my parents own a second home in Colorado and those are the things that take the longest. The location was PERFECT! 3 miles to Freshfields by bike, 1 mile the other direction to Night Heron Park (the new cafe there has great coffee!) and 5 minute bike ride to the beach! AMAZING! We would for sure stay here again. We prefer to have access to a pool in the summer, but it was perfect for spring break. Communication was clear and thorough. Thanks for being great hosts!

This home is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful property and within reach of so many great golf courses. We had two foursomes and we had a blast. Thank you to the owners for a great stay.

Excellent property

All nine ladies in our group absolutely loved this house and had a wonderful time!! Josh could not have been more communicative- a great host and a great house! It is beautiful!! The deck looks out on to the golf course. It is quiet and relaxing. We rode our bikes to the private beach access. We all want to go back!!

We visited Kiawah Island for a 3 day golf tournament and stayed a week. There were 6 adults and an infant. The house was absolutely gorgeous!! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a Pac-N-Play for our grandson. Located on the golf course the view was great. We sat on the deck watching golfers and also enjoyed cocktails sitting in the screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. Josh was really great at communicating before our stay and our check-in /check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Kiawah!

Location is fantastic. 5 min bike ride to beach, easy access to Freshfields, but still quiet & private. House is nice size for families or groups and finishes are all updated. Recommend.

We enjoyed another fun-filled week in Kiawah. The house is wonderful, spacious and could comfortably accommodate our growing family. We spent every evening gathering in the living room, dining room and kitchen where we prepared delicious meals with fresh fruits and vegetables from local markets. Josh was a pleasure to communicate with and sent us recommendations for shopping and activities while on the island. We rented bikes which we rode to the beach daily as well as enjoying a few rides exploring the beauty of Kiawah. Counting the days until next years' vacation!
