I loved the location and hospitality.

Only comment I have is that I didn’t stay long enough and although I love the self parking, if you do self park the valet assumes that you’re aren’t a guest at the hotel even though you are, other than that stay was amazing!

Friendliness, cleanliness.

That I paid for my stay there and wasn’t offered a parking. Guest for the club were more prioritized over the guest of the hotel. I had to walk through the parking lot through Wendy’s with my family which included my two kids.. it was uncalled for.

Spacious rooms. I love that they have rooms with a a kitchen. Definitely with a big family with little kids. Friendly staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. The location is perfect. 30 minutes from door to door time square

It's a eco friendly hotel .... with other words.. low water pressure for showers

given my plans, the location was perfect. also. 4!3 proximity to nYC made it very appealing.

the cost, I believe I woefully overpaid- possibly by $200; also there is a nightclub next door so the noise is a bit much on nights when the club is open. i was on the 2nd floor; with room towards the front of the hotel and so the noise rose and disrupted my sleep.

very nice place , staff was amazing.

The place is much bigger in person .. very nice and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped if your staying for a week or longer it could be home away from home.The complimentary breakfast was good, Basic choices plus a cook that offered French toast and bite size fritatas. Coffee brewed all day was a plus.

I got a room that was not cleaned to quality standards.. there was hair 😏 on the wall on the shower very visible and in abundance, had to call the front desk within minutes of arrival for this issue. Front desk asked if I wanted to switch rooms or housekeeping but weren't apologetic seemed more annoyed. The housekeeping lady was disgusted as I was, someone didn't do thier job. I tipped her because she cleaned it up and apologized for it, even though it wasnt her fault.Also pool was shut down for a few hours due to someone vomiting in water so it had to be treated but they did reopen, even though when we asked front desk was unsure if they would reopen. Also room had no extra blankets/sheets for sofa bed had to call room service again to get some.

The decor of the hotel was modern and clean.

The breakfast lacked meat ( bacon, sausage). We went To Wendy’s for breakfast.

there’s a night club in the hotel that’s heavily patronized on the weekends which makes parking for hotel guest a nightmare. I’m glad this location is thriving with both the hotel & the club however the location, being right next to a car repair shop & a Wendy’s doesn’t leave much room to accommodate everyone’s parking needs Housekeeping isn’t done daily, they are assigned certain rooms on certain days. One of the 2 rooms I booked was cleaned on day two and the other wasn’t. Nor were fresh towels and wash cloths exchanged without request

I loved how the staff were sooo nice and friendly. I loved the rooms and how clean everything was. I loved the breakfast so delicious. I will definitely be staying again

The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of selections and the coffee was actually pretty good. The room was very clean and eco friendly. It was very convenient to the venue where I was attending daughter's wedding

When I changed the date for the room I had to request an e-mail confirmation twice before it was sent. Not a major problem. Just a little annoying.

Room was clean, Staff was friendly - modern feel

Bed size was supposed to be a king but felt more like a full…I have a king at home and the hotels bed was much smaller
