The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to almost everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach area and the surrounding shops and restaurants. The manager, cleaning people, and maintenance were all very prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a few maintenance issues but most of them were quickly fixed. Security was visible but they were not at all helpful. Our overall rating could have been higher but the unit had a number of deferred maintenance issues that were inconvenient. The broken screen on the patio doors made it virtually impossible to have the doors open because the insects immediately moved in once the doors were open. The unit had a very strong odor when you first entered. It smelled very musty. The dehumidifier worked well but could not keep up with lowering the humidity in the unit. If the screens on the patio worked we could have had the doors open to get some fresh air into the unit.

This property is perfect for our group and we will be back next year for our third visit.

Working with Catherine was amazing; she ensured everything was perfect upon our arrival and during our stay. The condo is in a perfect location close to many restaurants and shops. The beach is never crowded, and a chair is always waiting for you. The only thing that could be better is the master bedroom mattress; it is pretty hard. We can't wait to return!

Loved villa Renaissance - beautiful property and grounds. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location/views (awesome balcony overlooking Grace Bay), comfy accommodations. Our host Catherine was most helpful from booking, answering questions before our arrival, arranging transportation, checking in and out, making sure we had all we needed, stayed in touch during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Location: You won’t find a better spot on Grace Beach. Everything is a short walk away (grocery, shopping, great food etc). The beach is beautiful and just steps from the unit. We always found chairs at the pool and the beach which was amazing as we compared it to other resorts in the area. Unit: amazing view from the balcony. The unit is clean and up to date. Catherine was amazing and welcomed us in person at check in. Amenities: the bar was convenient with pool and beach service. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. All in 10/10. Amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back next year!

1. Location is ideal - right in the center of Grace Bay, and not far from anything. The staff at the building are all very courteous and friendly (like the rest of Provo). 2. The two big things (for us) in the unit which we wished worked were the fans and window screens. The fans, except in the living room, are stuck on low speed. The screens, to the porches, are all gone which makes it less than ideal to open the windows and enjoy the winds without the bugs. The other thing that we did was to help lessen the morning light in the bedrooms, thus extending more shut-eye time was some homemade engineering was to hang towels across the bedroom windows where possible, as there were NO curtains. If you enjoy getting up early mornings, in particular before the Spring daylight savings time (early early morning sun), this will not be an issue. 3. The owner, despite being based in Europe, was EXTREMELY responsive to communication. THANK YOU, Fio. 4. Catherine, our local contact - Well, I can’t say enough good things about her…..extremely responsive, resourceful, helpful and courteous. 5. We had Air conditioning, hot water, and other pertinent essentials all worked very well for us. We’ve stayed at Villa Renaissance twice, and may look for alternatives next time….like a standalone house. Growing up in the USVI, I find Provo such a nice island and reminiscent of the golden days of USVI pre-Hugo.

This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Villa directly on Grace Bay with amazing views and instant access to the beach and their beautiful pool with a small bar that makes great drinks. Its in the heart of the city with easy walking distance to many of the best restaurants. No need to have a car.

Some times it's the little things. The pump soap, plenty of TP (yes, other properties this has been an issue) and a fully stocked kitchen. The staff was very helpful for all of our needs. We plan on coming back and staying in this condo. The balcony is quite large and ocean front. We loved how close it was to "downtown".

We had an amazing stay at Villa Renaissance! The location is ideal!

We have stayed on the island a dozen times and have had a unit next door at Bianca Sands for 10 years. Villa Renaissance is a similar property, very nice. Unit 205 is beach front and perfect for 2 couples.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Catherine was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had about the condo, activities, etc. We will be back.

Catherine saved out trip by going over and above to solve some issues we had getting into the county. The views are amazing, and you feel like you are right on the beach seeing and hearing the small waves breaking. The balcony glass opens all the way creating beautiful indoor/outdoor living. All the shops and restaurants of Grace Bay are a stone throw away, so no car was needed.

We absolutely loved our time here. I clearly remember thinking while watching my kids swim how beautiful this place is and how wonderful the condo is that the pictures just cannot convey what a wonderful spot on the beach we found. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance, you could eat at a different place with each mean. Cathy and her crew were awesome and so helpful. We didn’t want to leave. You will not regret staying here.

Villa Renaissance's location is simply the best. within walking distance to restaurants and shops, nice to just walk everywhere. I had my drinks delivered poolside, which was great.. It was so relaxing, there were chairs and umbrellas along the beach, readily available for our use. The staff were accommodating . Beautiful kitchen and furnishings with a laundry. This is a must do vacation spot, you won't be disappointed, worth every penny, plus more! Would highly recommend this and would definitely be back.

This was a family vacation with our adult children which we truly enjoyed. The unit was recently renovated so everything is new and very clean. Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony which we sat out on for Coffee in the morning, Happy Hour in the evening and a few meals. The property manager, Katherine, is absolutely fantastic. We began communicating with her on WhatsApp before our arrival and a few times during our stay. She is highly responsive and helpful. You are in good hands with her. You can't beat the location. The beach is gorgeous and there are shops ,restaurants and the grocery store within 1 mile which are easy and safe to walk to or bike (complex lends them). So no need for a car rental or even taxi service . When we had dinner at Bay Bistro and Seven (recommend both) we walked back on the beach. If Jenny picks you up at the airport ask her to take you one day to the tasting room at the brewery for some "I Soon Reach" beer. Buy some to go and then go pick up jerk chicken, curry chicken, rice & "peas" (beans) and peanut milk from her favorite place (bring cash) - you will be in for a real treat.
