The pool shown in the first picture on your site and several other pictures of the pool belonging to the adjacent property was misleading. The rental does not have access to that pool. Please remove those pictures of the pool from the booking. False and misleading. Just wrong.

The location was good and the place was clean.

The TV was not working and the hinge on the patio door was broken so it could not be locked. We notified Vacasa 3 times about the TV and once about the lock. Each time they promised to fix but NEVER did. My wife had a serious foot injury two weeks before we arrived so we were very limited with what we could do (no beach and very little walking). Since the reservation was non-refundable we thought we'd spend most of our time in the room relaxing. Not having use of the TV was annoying, but our main issue was with the terrible customer service from the LYING Vacasa representatives. We will NEVER use Booking.com again!

It was within walking distance of a ton of places like Dunkin, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, drug stores, etc.

The sheets had an oil smell to them. There was a cigarette butt in the trash can. Dog hair on the couch.

older unit but clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, full size cold fridge, and a/c kept the room comfortable. Location was really nice as you could walk to a lot of good places.

the head board on the bed makes noise every time you move. even just a little. The fire extinguisher on the outside of the building that was last inspected in 2003 and looks like it is about to leak or explode from rust needs to be removed or updated.
