Requesting to clean the aircond filter and prepare the room. And asked for double confirm. Yet the said all set. And guess what. They not doing it. Urgh.

I like that it's new. It has water filter facilities on the floor so it's convenient for us

The walls are thin. I can hear next door open closing door, going to toilet...chatting. And I can hear people walking in the hallway. Which is a nuisance. Toilet have stains. Those who are claustrophobic is advised to not go there. Rooms are quite small. Staying with family is ok. But not with colleagues as the room is small. No private space.
