The grounds and pool were well kept. The unit could use some updates.

Exactly what we expected. Yes, it is an older condo and not many amenities but we normally hangout on the beach 80% of the time so that is exactly what we wanted for the price. The locations is great. It is close to most restaurants and shops. The only downfall I see is the parking is tight, but that isn’t something that can be changed. We had a great time!

Condominium was clean, neat and well furnished - kitchen well stocked with pots, Pans, Mixing Bowls, pitchers, and utensils - needed nothing - dishes and towels. Great pool and good neighbors al'round -

Convenient access to the beach! The kitchen has anything you might need for meal prep or baking. The property needs a little maintenance/paint to improve the cosmetics, along with a deep cleaning.

This condo was nice but the dryer needs work, it made a loud sweaty noise when turned on, we could not run it while we were sleeping and the condo did not come with any amenities like other condos I have rented. So basically it was just furnished, did not feel very homey. Other condos I’ve rented had beach equipment and a lot of other things but overall it could have been a lot nicer.

The size of the room, access to the beach, smart TV, sitting room, wifi, great AC, fully-stocked kitchen, everything about this place! So glad we picked here for our vacation :)

We loved the stay! It was a great little place. My MIL insisted on paying for it, so her vote was most important and she loved the cuteness of the furniture and decor, but she really loved how well the place was stocked with everything needed for the stay from kitchen utensils and pans to washer and dryers. The only thing I noticed was the queen bedding had previous yellow stains on the mattress cover when I was taking off the sheets before we headed out. But over all, it was such a great little get away for a couple of days! I have stayed in Sea Breeze 3 times now including this stay and this little condo was the cutest I've stayed in! And big perks, because it was also the cheapest I could find a little over a month out!

This home has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable. It’s location is perfect as it is in between the pier and the hangout. Will book again!

Nice and quiet place to stay

Feels like home ! Clean and cozy !

Overall we enjoyed our stay, even extended our stay another day. However, had some difficulty getting the door code access (email never came through so had to call Vacasa) and the comforters had stains on them. Other than that everything was nice. Place was smaller than the photos made them appear but closeness to beach was a plus!

We really loved how clean the place was and everyone else in the area was very nice. A safe place to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Sea Breeze! Lots of wonderful people to meet! The condo could use some cosmetic updates, but overall we really enjoyed our time and the air conditioning was perfect for these hot July days!!

Loved the easy access to everything.

The place was clean and was in a good spot. The only thing that we wasn’t happy about was the parking. The room 206 only had one parking spot and it wasn’t covered and far away from the room. Also the parking lot was small so if you have a big vehicle it was hard to park in the spot

Property was fantastic. The only thing that would have made it better was a little better communication about check in and check out procedures.

Great place

This condo was super clean ! Absolutely no issues! This is the second time staying in this facility but a different condo each time ! Location is super easy within short driving distance of all our favorite places to eat! The beach is right across the street , however I would mention to guest where the beach access is. We couldn’t find it and went through another condo and was stopped by security which was a really nice man and informed us where to go. Parking was our only issue , we just parked in a spot that was not numbered due to us not being able to fit in our spot. We will book again !

It was the right size for 3 people ...more if need be with the hide away bed.

We had 1 designated spot and the description said there was an overflow lot. This is an exaggeration because there was only 4 overflow spots. I just wish the description was more detailed because we would have planned cars differently.

The layout of this condo was very nice and roomy. We only had two, rather than 3 people, but it would have worked easily with more. Very good and easy beach access. Useful accessories for beach lounging as well! We had a nice time!
