We stayed there during the new years. The home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The hot tub is perfect, the temperature was preset and it was perfect for the cold winter weather. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property if you're looking for a stay in the Chelan area, away from the lake.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about it. The bedrooms are spacious and there was plenty of room for 6 of us to stay for our Girl’s Weekend. The biggest bummer was the “stand up hot tub” never got more than luke warm. We notified the property manager the day we checked in and they said they’d leave a message for the pool company. But we never heard anything else.

We enjoyed our stay here due to the cleanliness of the property, proximity to waterfront activities and shops & amenities!

The bedrooms are all large with enough space to set up the travel crib. The home is nicely decorated. The front porch and yard are lovely. Our family enjoyed cooking together in the beautiful kitchen and playing board games in the family area. The only drawbacks were the uncomfortable overly soft beds and the home is next door to a trailer park.

The property was perfect for 6 long-time girlfriends. It was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with most anything you would need to cook with. All the girls raved about this being this perfect property. We really enjoyed the back yard and the cocktail pool. We spent a lot of time just hanging out around the jacuzzi/pool and catching up on each other lives. We highly recommend it this property.

Really great house with all the amenities you could need! We were in town for a conference during the week with business partners and having a bedroom/bathroom on each floor gives everyone enough space and privacy to separate ourselves when necessary. At the same time, there are lots of spaces where we can all come together as well! When my business partners went home, my family came over for the weekend, and the kids loved playing in the pool!

This is by far the nicest house I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell the owners take so much pride in it by making each and every room perfection. This house is perfect for multiple families our groups. There are 3 floors, with a bedroom on each floor for their own privacy. There were 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. This house doesn’t look big from the outside but it’s surprisingly spacious. There are a lot of businesses around making it feel more private. The hot tub was amazing. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I just can’t say enough. Everything was TOP notch. And one small thing that I loved was the mirrors and lighting and photo ops. For a girls trip in 2023 this is VERY secretly important. We will be back!

We were able to walk to Winterfest from this property and it was just perfect! Clean, cozy and orderly with great beds and linens. We felt quite at home with the well appointed kitchen! Only hiccup was a missing wine opener which we never found but replaced and left on site so the next guest can enjoy their wine!

We came for a girls trip and this place was perfect! The price was much lower than other houses of similar size and amenities. I assume that was because of the neighborhood. It was a mix of decent looking homes and some not so nice homes but the biggest issue of location was the back of the house (where the pool/spa is) looked out onto a small scrapyard. I will say that once you are down lounging around by the pool, you can’t really see it much though and didn’t hinder our experience at all. We were super impressed by all the amenities in the kitchen! I think there was just about everything you’d find in a normal kitchen plus more! So if you’re planning on cooking while you are here, you’ll be set! The front porch was really nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The backyard area with the ‘spool’ was great! We were able to fit 2 pool floaties at a time in there or all 7 of us girls just chillin! The temp was PERFECT too! Very cool feature! In the picture in the listing it shows there are six lounge chairs outside but when we got there they were only four so we were pretty disappointed since there were seven of us. Also, I was disappointed that the room that’s listed as the master, does not have a shower only a tub. If you look on the listing it does show that it only has a shower but there’s nothing that indicates that is totally obvious. needless to say, the two of us that stayed in that room had to use one of the other room’s showers so that was frustrating. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d stay there again.

We have stayed in Chelan many times but this was the first time we rented a house instead of individual condos for our group. The house exceeded our expectations! There was enough room for us to gather as a group for meals and games both inside and outside, along with that there were cozy spots to be alone and catch up on some reading. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. We all voted this would be a top pick for our return trip.

Neighborhood leaves a little to desire and city shut off the water for 11 hours but nothing takes away from what a great vacation lake house this is. It worked perfect for our family

This was a great vacation house - it was really comfortable for our family. The kitchen was super well stocked. We loved the downstairs hangout area and the waterfall pool. It was only a short drive to town, the beach, and slide waters.

Rented this because of proximity to relatives house. The hot tub/pool was excellent for a group of adults that ate just looking to relax in a pool. Was happy to see the addition of a pull out bed in the downstairs. I do wish the tub on the main floor had a shower enclosure. Overall, looking to stay here in the future.

The backyard patio area which looks beautiful in the listing pics falls well short in person. The hot tub jet controls are nowhere to be found and the outdoor gas fireplace is not operational. So basically, it’s a patio with a some chairs. That was disappointing.

Very roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. Kids really enjoyed the games in the closet and the adults liked the hot tub and espresso maker! It would have been nice if the fire pit was working while we were there but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again

The only problem is you can’t check in til 5pm and you have to be out by 10am you stent debentures guaranteed a 24 hour stay.

Great location and best equipped kitchen ever (and I’ve stayed in many rental homes).

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The first half of my trip was with business partners as we were in town for a conference and the weekend was spent with my family. The house was a very short walk to downtown, which we took advantage of many times throughout the week. There is plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub/pool was a hit with my children! This house also comes with more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed at! Coffee pot, espresso machine, Keurig, blender, waffle maker, just about every possible type of utensil imaginable, and the list goes on and on. I look forward to renting this property again and will continue to do so annually when the conference is in town!

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to downtown and an all around great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The kitchen was stock with every kitchen accessory needed plus more. Wish the master bathroom had a shower and that the door to the downstairs didn't block the way into the master bedroom. The hottub pool was great on the snowing day. Wish the way to the tub was plowed and or there was access to a shovel to plow ourselves. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down but it was nice to have a straight shot to the park / town. Overall, I would recommend staying here

Overall loved this place. We had some issues with the place but Josh, our host, was always super responsive and helped out in any way he could even though it was the holidays. The hot tub was absolutely amazing in the snow and we lived being so central to everything. Highly recommend.

This house fit us perfectly! The girls had the darling loft and bathroom, the parents the main floor bed and bath and the boys the basement bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The hot tub was lovely and the kitchen very well stocked for cooking.

Property was very clean, neat and tidy. Kitchen was well appointed. Everything you need to cook was provided. Nice to have three and half bathrooms. Backyard with small dipping pool was very nice to. Property is very well maintained.
