We had a great stay in this lovely, clean property. Excellent communication from property managers, including when we forgot something at the property (they were very good about collecting it for us, etc).

ALTHOUGH NON-SKIERS.............OUR VACATION WEEK IN THE FRENCH ALPS WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND EXCATLY WHAT WE NEEDED.......... HIGHLY RECOMENDED TO ALL FAMILIES OR 4 COUPLES ETC. Parfait.

We booked Chalet Les Praz via Chamonixallyear for relaxed corporate getaway. The Chalet was clean, well equipped ( we loved the log fire ) and in a lovely quiet place. We were there for good skiing/snowboarding good food and chilled out conversations over wine on the balcony. Being close to Flegere was handy and Le Petit Social down the road provided some great apres Ski. We could have done with more towels and duvet covers but that was a minor oversight. Chamonixallyear went the extra yard to organise an excellent Chef ( Phil ) for a few evening meals and breakfasts to make sure we were well fed. Could not recommend this more.

We return to this chalet every year and it isn’t getting any worse at all. We look forward to stay again.

We happily returned to this chalet as we love the space, the lightful large room upstairs and provides all the necessary comfort for our family of 5. Highly recommended, optimal location and plenty of space to everyone in a high standard comfort.

To cut a long story short, we have stayed in this beautiful chalet 3 times and plan to be back next year.

Stylish recent construction. Spectacular view of Aiguille du Midi and the Grands Montets from the main deck. Open floor plan on main floor. Nice finishes throughout with lots of natural wood and stone. Beautiful wood burning fireplace with firewood provided. 350m walk to the Flégère ski lift and the sleepy village of Praz. 10-minute drive into Chamonix. The agency was easy to work with, responsive, and even had our lift tickets delivered at check in time -- very convenient! Cons: Situated in an odd neighborhood with a mix of homes, some light industrial businesses, and an old high rise hotel La Régina. To access by car, the last 100m are on a narrow, poorly maintained dirt and gravel road with large pot holes that was pretty tricky to navigate, with very sharp angles to access the property; even in summer you would need a car with high ground clearance.
