we are regulars at villas2let every time we are having a perfect time everything was perfect and clean definetelly we will go again

from 06/10 to 13/10 we stayed in Cyprus in a house rented through booking, reservation number 2876354482, Villa Kendra.The villa was very nice, clean, but the location was very uncomfortable. The villa was located close to a construction warehouse, where heavy machinery was moving, making noise and emitting exhaust fumes. There was no information about this in the announcement. There was noise from early morning until night, and the view from the yard was not interesting. Messy, noisy and the smell of exhaust fumes. I have used booking many times, but this was the first time we experienced such unpleasant experience. We demand compensation for the conditions that occurred during our stay.

I would like to thanks all the team of the Levanda hills for the amazing experience that they provide to us…We stayed only for 1 night because the reason we went to the villa was to celebrate my 20th birthday and it was my favorite party

We had a wonderful 10 days at this Villa in Cyprus, the booking and communication was first class. Super responsive and helpful. Whilst the Villa is stunning there were some snags, which is only fair for me to share, they didn't bother us, but could effect others who book. Internally the Villa was amazing, spacious, clean, modern, great aircon in all rooms, etc. Externally not so much. Not enough sunbeds for 6 people There is a builders yard directly next to this property and 4 others, which for the first week meant early morning noise from workers, machinery, etc, the second week was quieter. As mentioned we tried to look past this and the second week made it bearable, but this will upset some people. Around the pool was safe, but unfinished, lots of leaks from drains, broken garden paths, pool machinery door wouldn't close (we had older children, but could be an issue with younger children.) I think probably the price did reflect some of these things, as its was a very good price for this villa so something to consider. Location was OK, brand new complex so lots of work going on, plus Taxis/delivery drivers struggled to find us. about a 20 min walk into Pernera where most of the bars and restaurants are, or €15 taxi for 6. €20 into Protaras and €30 into Ayia Napa. Nice Beaches about 20 mins walk. Definitely recommend using the Wolt delivery app if you dont have a car, life saver, and amazingly efficient. delivery within an hour. Just expect them to get lost.

The Villa is very nice, new and spacious, good wifi, kitchen TV, pool etc. However, it is currently opposite a construction yard which we were not fully aware of when booked.

Great villa. Just few things It's was not enough with one hairdryer for 5 girls. There were no WI Fi on the second and third floor. It was too noisy in the early mornings every day,because of building new villas.

No cleaning service was provided , how it was promised, during our 10 nights stay . Whereas the swimming pool and garden were maintained properly 2 and 1 times in line during our 10 nights stay

Value for money, excellent condition and excellent location. They forgot to bring our welcome package but their customer service was very good. The house could be more clean in terms of the floor and the emergency box was almost empty. Overall, excellent place to stay for holidays.
