Easy to find, looked a little run down from outside, but lovely and clean inside and the room was lovely. Very very clean bathroom, towels supplied and tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary water. Very nice all round. And I have to say the staff were AMAZING. So welcoming and friendly and their hospitality was great. Really appreciated all their efforts to make us feel so welcome.

Andy and his staff were brilliant better than the MSC cruise customer service we had just been on!! The food was excellent. The bar was very good and very friendly. The room was very nice too.
There was no one about in the morning if you wanted anything or to ask.

Breakfast was excellent.
Arrangements for breakfast were poorly communicated. When I arrived downstairs I found the Inn deserted; it was only after I rang an emergency phone number that I discovered the breakfast was served in the Bridge Hotel!

The staff very friendly. The girl who served our evening meal very pleasant and polite and landlady over and above friendly. Bed comfy.
Our room contained a shower within the room which we saw as an installation. The loo was tiny and couldn't shut door when sitting on it. As above pub there is noise and when we stayed it went on to 4am! Zilch to do in Brandon.

Kettle in the room could do with replacing but otherwise everything else was fine

The room was lovely and clean and the staff were polite no complaints there.
The food was raw and there was no ‘proper’ staff around for me to complain too and unfortunately with an asd child completely ruined the stay for us
