Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, śniadania na akceptowalnym poziomie.

Mimo rezerwacji z kilkumiesięcznym wyprzedeniem po dojechaniu na miejsce okazało się, że nie ma pokoju, który wybraliśmy. W związku z tym zaproponowano nam pokój z rozkładaną sofą dla 2 osób. W ramach rekomensaty upomniałem się o obniżenie ceny ( choćby dostosowanie do niższego standardu). W dniu wyjazdu hotel mimo obietnicy obniżki nie był w stanie tego potwierdzić, bo nie działał system, jak i interent w hotelu. Na obciążeniu karty nie widać róznicy w cenie. Brak odzewu na kontakt mailowy od kilku dni.

La propreté laissait un peu à désirer. Par ailleurs, sur 4 jours 3 sans nettoyage de la chambre au motif que nous étions dedans et aucun autre passage dans la journée. Petit déjeuner correct mais avec peu de produits et aucune diversité.

Staff were friendly Relatively clean Easy location to walk to Amalie Arena along with coffee/bagels for the morning.

Rooms weren’t ready upon check in, offered a different room with only 1 bed. Declined and waited for the room I needed to ready only for it to stink of vomit once we received it. Was told no other option but the 1 bed room they initially offered. Wish they would’ve been more honest and transparent at the beginning.

The front desk staff who checked us in, not friendly and gave little information, Other front desk staff were very kind and gave a lot of information specially the girl who checked us out. Valet parking staff and bell service were great , gave us a lot of information, friendly and kind.

There was no heat, they had to provide portable heater. I asked for towels service. They didn’t provide it and I called front desk, no one picked up the phone.

The hotel and room were beautiful. Breakfast was great. Personnel was great, too.

There was only one person at the front desk during the first and second days we were there in the middle of Spring break. I felt bad for the lady at the front desk as there was a long line of people waiting to check in and she was visibly overwhelmed. She was still nice to everyone and doing her job. The pool is on the small side for such a big hotel. The photos were misleading.
