Nothing.
From the Checkin experience onwards till we had to check out a Day earlier than schedule it was a nightmare. Broken shower Head, no hot water for shower, dirty linen, run down Furniture. We were moved 4 times And each time Its the same situation. So we had to check out a Day early

Everything was great...Will be my fav place to stay with family....
Furniture a bit old and one of makeup chair not fit to use ..inspection should done for the old furniture..but ya acceptable since worth in price

Poorly maintained, furnitures are old with bugs coming out from the sofa. Mosses on the walls and the smell was bad and dusty. Toilets are totally dirty, I can even see and smell the urine stain on the floor around the toilet bowl, no proper cleaning was done. When we asked for house keeping the staff told no cleaning service. Totally speechless. My sister fell sick and had fever due to the germs in the room.

The homestay is very spacious. Very good customer service. However, it is an old facility so don't expect too much. But, money wise; very good..

utilities for kitchen complete, for family group want to cook i prefer this apartment..

wifi was so bad..
tv channel cannot connect to wifi
and last one tile of the apartment some look like broke already.. might hurt someone foot. its so sharp.

staff was friendly, helpful
the toilet’s doors. Those who travel alone, best not to lock it, cause i was stuck inside for hours and barely manage to get out.

1. The 3 rooms are big with air-conditioning.
2. The apartment is spacious, good for family travelling
3. No problems for parking and it is free only for one vehicle. Second vehicle are charged RM 5 for overnight.
4. Nice swimming pool.
5. A quiet and peaceful place for relaxing.
All the facilities are functioning, only they do not provide washing machine. But I think it is not a big problem.

The apartment may look quite old, but they are still in good condition, it is spacious, water dispenser is provided at the lobby, pick n pay is above and you may buy grocery stuff there . Parking lot is convenient as well.
The tiles of the floor begin to crack. I think this is the worst part. Anyway it is still okay. Hopefully it will get better next time.
