They have charged my credit card a second time, and now I have to struggle for my refund, and the hotel has now stopped responding.

I think it was insanely priced for what it was. Yes, it was nice, however it was not worth $400 + $50 in taxes and fees per night. I wish we had gone with our other option.

Booking’s.com put the wrong last name on our reservation which cost 3 hrs talking to your customer service. We were hung up on 2x then FINALLY found great customer service.

When I book with a Pool View, I did not expect that I would be by the pool. With the playground at my door and constant music from a speaker directly above me. Besides, the floor of the so-called balcony was dirty and newer cleaned during our stay at the hotel.

Music was super loud on second floor lobby. Breakfast was served super slow. Not good customer service for the price.

Very beautifully laid out. Staff was super helpful and nice. Room faced the marina, it was a beautiful view. We saw dolphins. Everything was amazing.

The only thing we did not care for was the food at the rooftop bar! The fries were not fully cooked. The ranch tasted like salad dressing.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, and the valet was horrible. Even after texting the valet number, we still waited 15 to 30 minutes for the car, which was supposed to be parked on the first floor for handicap anyway. They blasted my AC, the adjusted my seating and my mirrors. It's as if they went joy riding. Handicap customers should have the option to self park.

The refrigerator had 2 hour timer. In order to keep drinks or food cold you had to push a button every two hours. If don’t the refrigerator shuts off.

Friendly staff. Great accommodations if you don’t want to leave the hotel!

It was very open, roof top bar, ocean view rooms and the pool was amazing!

I did not like that there was two elevators and only one went to all the rooms.

Location, comfortable beds, and pretty marina view after. Switching rooms from pool view. The evening front desk employees and the valet morning afternoon employees were excellent! Housekeeping eas excellent and clean rooms.

After switching rooms from the pool view to which we did not care for to a marina view was the best! We had the older front desk lady with the gray hair that was kind of mean to us when we told her housekeeping just cleaned 729 and we can switch to that room since it was on the same floor, and she wasn’t going to give us that room and was going to put us on the 6th floor! Luckily we ran into the housekeeping supervisor and he took us to the front desk and she had the keys ready for room 729 that we requested! Rm 729 nice except for the broken toilet paper holder and a hole left opened around the fire sprinkler in the bathroom that needs to be fixed so your not looking at the hole in the ceiling, and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work good, due to placing an the refrigerator and microwave over it blocking the vent!

Great place to stay! Very clean and friendly staff all around. Great coffee shop and food. The location is great, and restaurants, shops, and beach are all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Valley parking is nice, but I didn't like that it was forced. Traveling with family is costly these days, so anything to help cut costs, like $29 a day, would be helpful. The location of the pool was not my favorite either. Because of the sunrise, the pool gets a lot of shade, also right outside of where guests check in, so it's not very private.

It was very beautiful.

The air would not go below 69 so it was not very cool for the amount of money I spent for the room.
