Simple elegance

The small things matter - housekeeping staff was not helpful on the actual floors - wearing blue tooth ear pieces on the phone - weren’t able to hear me ask for conditioner - mine was OUT.

The staff was excellent. Greeted me upon each entry and exit and provided information on the best places to eat during my stay.

The prices for the snacks were a little elevated. Ten dollars for a candy bar is extreme. The bar had alcoholic beverages for the same price.

Breakfast is overpriced. I paid $15 to eat cereal. Rooms/towels weren’t clean

It was in good location and facility was new.

They said they’d clean every other day and we waited our third day for cleaning. They didn’t clean our rooms and by the time we called they said the cleaner had left and they couldn’t do anything about it. It was not pleasant experience. We ended up not having rooms cleaned for the while three nights stay Also the shower water pressure was very bad. We asked the maintenance and he came to check but didn’t get any better.
