Everything and the front desk was very friendly and nice

Room size

Bathrooms stink. Hotel manager is rude

Staff was very nice and helpful, the location was close to a downtown area that had a lot of neat shops and restaurants.

Needed a little more TLC, our room was clean but had some cosmetic issues, the bed was very hard and the bottom cover on the mattress had a stain, the breakfast that’s included was ok, cereal, yogurt, microwave sausage biscuits, and a pancake machine, we ended up eating at a cafe about 5mins down the road that was superb.

The quietness

Besides a pipe that had bust but other that it was fixed in a timely manner

Once i arrived at the location, I felt uneasy about how it looked in the outside. But once we got settled in our room, I could tell they attempted to do some upgrades…it was clean and pleasant on the inside but I did not feel comfortable about the outside

The out side could use better lighting and a fresh coat of paint. So many dark corners

The clean room, and the staff was great

There was not really a breakfast the waffle maker was broken no coffee was made

Service was very nice. Easy to check in. Very convenient.

Ice area hard to find. Little parking space.

Bed was fairly comfortable and the location was good. They had parking. The desk clerk was very nice.

Air conditioner was dirty and the face plate kept falling off it. The room needed a paint job. The TV had lines through the picture and broken up audio. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room.

The location was good. It was a little loud with the traffic and the trains but it felt safe compared to other places I have stayed in the area. I arrived hours earlier than I was supposed to and they got the room ready for me for an extra fee but I didn't mind since I was tired from the drive.
