The entire stay the elevator didn't work and we stayed on the 4th floor. When booking the 4th floor wasn't mention until our arrival. Not to mention I have a disabled child. Very inconvenient and I wasn't comfortable at all

Furniture ripped, carpet stained

the location of the room to the elevator was quite a walk. When we got to the room I opened the door and the room smelt musty, the furniture was old and worn out that one could not give away. Very disappointiing for the price that I paid. The other patrons that were there were very loud and there was no sense of security had something would have happened.

The place is always nice

The place is always nice what pissed me off I brought my whole family down and had to pay $45 per person to go into the water park so we barely had food I paid for 40 of us. You all didn't tell me the tickets was not included. When you booked at the hotel they are.

The location was great

Booking with a second party does not include waterpark tickets.

The Villa was spacious. There was plenty of space to accommodate 8 people. It was quiet and comfortable. The room and property was clean. There was no hassle for check in or check out, you could go straight to the villa.

The Villa is advertised for Chula Vista but it does not say that this particular property is privately owned and is not actually affiliated with Chula Vista, so there was no waterpark tickets or attractions included with the stay. There were no amenities available.
