Location was easy to find. Complex was safe and security was helpful.

Parking facility was dark. Too far to walk to the rooms.

Good value for money

Facilities was good, enjoyed the Putt Putt, Great Location, Braai facilities good.

Only 1 shower in the six sleeper unit, the shower in the unit did not drain properly, shower cubicle a bit small, The balcony had bird droppings. The main braai area near the pools was hogged by other uses, there was a lot of alcohol, from Saturday morning to late in the evening some un ruley behaviour. The Security on site could not control the crowd, not sure whether they were day visitors or not. On Saturday night we braaied at the other braai area near the boma, as per the site rules we left the area at 22h00 was even reminded by security to leave, the other braai area near the pools the security left the crowd to party till early hours of the morning, this seemed really unfair.

I was on the 10th floor, which was a little high for me

A great place to Stay. I liked the room, the staff was friendly and the view out the balcony to the sea.

There was a lot of noise during our Stay. It wasn't always relaxing. Guests need to be made aware that this is a place for leisure and relaxation, not a party place or clubhouse. A backup power source for loadshedding would be helpful.

Location was amazing. We did not take breakfast within the premises. Sea view and sounds of the waves at night heartwarming.

Nothing except that at exactly 10h00, checking out time, we were 5 or 10 seconds late and automatic shut down of the exit door.

We enjoy the place, its clean and in a good place. Please provide dish cloth and ironing board coz other room didn't had those.
