The place as clean and spacious and the location was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again!

Gem is a great description of this home. Everything was great - the location, the amenities, the space (indoor and outdoor). It was perfect for two adult couples and our desire to live like a local, engage in local festivities then retreat to a comfy space.

Great location, pool was great. Areas to lounge inside and out and two good sized rooms for sleeping. Additional sleeping cot in the (huge) closet. Easy check in. Love the garden distract!

Before accepting the reservation, my friends and I carefully reviewed the house rules provided. However, it appeared that these rules did not apply to the owner of the property. On Saturday morning, when we attempted to use the pool, we encountered an individual and their dog lounging in the area. We were not aware that this space was communal property, and when we asked if we were disturbing them, they assured us that we were not. However, their behavior suggested otherwise, as they laid back in their chair as if we were intruding on their personal space. Another concern arose when a cookout/pool party took place in the communal area. Despite receiving an email notification, we did not provide consent for such an event. Additionally, we made sure to diligently follow all of your house rules, only to discover that they were not being observed by the property owner.

Beautiful inside and out. Great location and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Communication with host was tricky. Thru a third party and many messages not answered. A guestbook with info on check out, WiFi, tv, etc would be a great addition. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Outside was especially lovely. Location was perfect as well.

We stayed here with another couple for Mardi Gras and loved the place. Location makes it’s hard to get in and out of during Mardi Gras due to parades, but we knew that going in. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip in NOLA. This is a beautiful home and great location for restaurants/shopping and easy to get to the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a good location. The neighbors house is disgusting. The living room was very dirty. I had white slip covers that hadn’t been washed in a very long time. They actually probably need to be changed. Ran out of paper towels the first day no paper towels after that in the bathtub, upstairs faucet was falling apart, and the showerheads kept falling off, we like the sound machine in the room the TV super hard to work but the kitchen is clean. They have very cheap towels for such a supposedly luxury tental and they have a bed in a closet. It looks absolutely awful.

Beautiful home with great amenities especially the wonderful outdoor space. Location is walkable to great shopping & restaurants - great neighborhood. Owners were gracious & attentive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will come again.

This rental is beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. Absolutely worth the cost. The area is great as well, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a quiet, calm place to stay, away from the noise of other parts of the city.

We loved staying at this Magazine St. home. Great location that is centrally located close to many restaurants and shopping. The home was nicely appointed and very comfortable. A great mix of historic New Orleans mixed with modern amenities. Be sure to read the book in the living room that tells the history of this magnificent house! The backyard pool was a lovely added bonus. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in the backyard. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond for any questions. We can't wait to come back!

This property was in an excellent location, convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. The stairs are a little tricky but we managed just fine. The outside lounge are and the pool were perfect for hanging out. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

This was exactly as the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. I was in New Orleans because I had to have surgery. I stayed for 9 days so I really got to know this place. It was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We always felt safe. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The house and backyard are exactly as nice as they seem in the pictures. The location was fantastic - great restaurants within a few blocks on Magazine St, easy access to the St. Charles line streetcar and the 11 bus stops pretty much right outside. It's pretty much perfect for up to 4 travelers.

I was in town for a conference. This was the perfect location to be away from the hotel scene yet get a great flavor of the city! Garden district was lovely with shops and restaurants - plenty to choose from. Loved our stay and the property. Thank goodness for the air conditioning and the Pool!!!!

lovely house w pool. although it was mostly too cool to swim in, we soaked our feet daily after days of traversing the city on foot. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. My only minor gripe (or suggestion) would be that the a/c was kept at 69 (we had no control of the thermostat) which felt a little too cold to us, and there were no throw blankets downstairs to compensate. Otherwise we loved the location and the amenities and the property.

Such a beautiful home with attention to detail. Just a few days in Nola, but this VRBO was centrally located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Street car. Loved it!

Beautiful home, spotless, and amazing location!

There is Nothing better than sitting beside the pool in the morning having a coffee in the wonderfully beautiful garden area which is part of the property.

This is where you want to stay if you are considering it. The location is great. Lots of local restaurants within 3 blocks in all directions. The home is beautiful and clean clean clean. All appliances are new. Plenty of towels. You never hear anyone in the front of the house nor out on the streets. You'll love the master bath. Its large with a great soaking tub as well as a multi-head shower. I'd stay here on my next trip but its all ready booked. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Perfection. Close to many restaurants and only a short drive to the French Quarter. We had a rental car and had no issues with on street parking. The pool was a nice respite from the August heat. 10/10 would stay again.
