Clare's place was wonderful and very cozy. We felt secure in the house and he bed was very comfortable. Clare was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this suite-like room on the East side of NOLA. The place was clean, organized, secure and spacious. It has more than what you need. Having a washer/dryer helps you to conveniently travel light. It is 3 short blocks from Charles Street and to the nearest streetcar stop. I loved the place because it was away from the busy-ness of the western part of the city and gives you the experience of "living in NOLA". Clare, the host, was great. She was responsive and answered all my questions. She provided concise and reasonable instructions on what to do at check out. The check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend the place!

We booked this property after vrbo screwed up on the other property but the place was beautiful but the neighbors let it be known that we werent welcomed.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The check in and checkout process was super easy and keyless. The home was gated in so I felt very safe, considering where the home was located. The home was very comfortable and cozy. The owner also left complimentary snacks, which I appreciated it. My husband and I were also able to check in early, which we loved. Overall, the stay was great!

It was great! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed over the weekend and this is by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. The host was very helpful and responsive. We did end up paying her extra for parking in her gated fence which I’d recommend. The neighborhood looks a little scary if you aren’t from around. But drive down any other block and it’s all the same, old NOLA. We definitely recommend this place and if we ever get the chance, will stay here again!

This is a great option when visiting NOLA. Easy check in and check out process. Keurig coffee maker is a plus!. Only thing is to remember to bring bath toiletries as host does not provide shampoo or soap. Otherwise very great stay and we would stay again!

Cute and very clean-everything looked practically new. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and nice little kitchenette. I was a bit disappointed by the location-there was a neighbor who stayed up till the wee hours of the morning playing or DJ'ing music on his front porch across the street. He was very friendly but his music went a bit late. I would recommend paying for the parking.

The apartment is lovely - very tastefully decorated and quite cozy. I felt very safe, and it was much more convenient than staying in a hotel. The nights were quiet - not something one can always say about places in NOLA.

The apartment was modern and well appointed with everything we needed. I really enjoyed the keurig coffee in the mornings. It was also very secure, being gated. The code system was a little complicated but our host’s instructions were very clear. The bed was very comfortable. We would have liked an arm chair or small couch for sitting around in the evenings, but everything else was perfect. It was a bit out of the way from the popular areas( French Quarter, warehouse district etc,) about 3 blocks to the streetcar. We walked a lot! Overall staying there was a wonderful experience!

Nice place with easy checking and out process. Owner was easy to work with. Close to the street car which takes you to downtown. Neighborhood was under renovation. Need to be aware of your surroundings, but me and my friend never felt unsafe.

Positive: Home is tucked up in the west Vail area which is a good location depending on the time of year and what you are doing. The property was large enough to accommodate all of our needs for 5 people comfortably. Kitchen was great for food prep and serving and the grill for cooking out. Great fireplace with plenty of wood for cozy evenings with family. Communication with host was good as we got close to the dates of arrival. Negative: If you are using this for skiing it is not on the bus trail which i feel was not communicated well at all and there was no communication to our inquiry early on. The home could use some maintenance especially in the kitchen pertaining to the tiles. Dishwasher needed to be mounted more securely because it was falling forward. Some simple work would make a big difference. Overall, we had a nice experience as we always do in Vail.

This was perfect for my husband, my 3 yo, and myself. Just 3 blocks off the main uptown parade route. Secure parking available and gated house. It’s in a neighborhood that’s being restored, we felt safe but weren’t out late other than after parades. We didn’t have any issues and had several close by places for food. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect for staying the night in nola. It was very clean and close to a lot.

Great communication with the property manager. The stay was great. Everything is from the comfortable bed with fine linens, to large bathroom with awesome shower, fully stocked kitchenette and large closet with everything you need . Easy parking out front too. Felt very safe. We walked a short 3 blocks to catch the streetcar to the French quarter- it will cost you a buck 50 😀 awesome value for a beautiful home away from home!

This place is in the ghetto and people should be aware of this before booking.

Unfortunately I was forced to last-minute cancel my stay with Clare due to a health issue, but Clare was not only understanding and kind, but she even helped me with the cancellation and went out of her way to make sure everything was resolved when vrbo couldn’t do much on their end. This place looked absolutely beautiful and after my experience with Clare I can only imagine how much care and love she has put into the property itself

The property is in the Central district which is a transitioning neighborhood. I would suggest paying the extra fee to park in the driveway. The host was very helpful and informative. We felt safe and comfortable.

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The owner warned that the neighborhood with in a time of change. We had so many Uber drivers try and warn us of the neighborhood, but let me say this… the neighborhood was WONDERFUL! Every neighbor we passed said hello and we saw tons of people on a bike stroll! It was only a few minute walk to the street car and we NEVER felt unsafe! The neighborhood was quiet and so much calmer than staying in the busy parts of the city, every u er we took only took 2-5 minutes to get to us. Highly recommend staying here. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The property was exactly as listed!!! It’s in a very convenient location and was very clean! Claire was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner! I’ll definitely stay here again!

The owner had thought of everything! It was very nice and clean. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it was totally fine. We came in and out all hours of the day.

So clean, owner was amazing. Enjoyed the location so much to do. Neighbor hood needs cleaned up, but this rental made up for it ten fold. We felt safe and loved this rental.
