Great sized kitchen, lovely lounge, great location - 5 minutes walk from high street and all shops etc
Over 3 floors might be difficult for people with mobility problems and staircase was open tread and wooden so had to be careful with children and older people

The house is upside down so the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the kitchen on the first and the living room on the second. All were accessed by spiral stairs which were quite a struggle for some of our party. It would be helpful to make it clearer somewhere within the property description regarding the layout of the property and the stairs.

great location nice and quite with an amazing balcony to sit on.
the main bathroom has a drain issue and the toilet don’t flush properly, it was very clean dirty glass, skirting’s not clean, handles in kitchen grubby, needs a good deep clean,

kitchen pans, cutlery not clean. we had to wash frying pan that still had rims of frying. Had to wash cutlery as dirty on arrival. no broom or vacuum in flat

* Location - 10 minutes walk to the ironbridge, short drive to other museums such as Blist's Hill
* Opposite a beautiful park and near to the river
* Local shop 2 minutes walk
* Well-equipped kitchen with a lovely terrace.
* Comfortable beds and en suite to the main bedroom
* Lots of TVs and hairdryers
* Warm throughout the house and lots of natural light
* Washer/dryer and clothes airer for dealing with muddy clothes (we visited in late October)
* One private carparking space was provided but it was tight as the space was next to a low lying wall.
There was a carpark opposite which we used as we had two cars (£4 for each day)
* Couldn't find a sweeping brush in the house despite it being otherwise very well equipped.
* Daughter didn't like the spiral staircases (which were a bit creaky in places)

Good location, co-op and café nearby, pleasant walk to the bridge. Clean, comfortable, warm, plenty of space. Nice balcony which would have been well used in the warmer months.
Could have done with a hand towel in the kitchen and more glasses including smaller ones. Couldn't use the balcony as no means of drying the wet, dewy furniture . Tight on car parking space.

Thr staircase was problamatic with our Great Dane as spiralish... managed in the end but had to adapt where we could go. A babygate would have been ideal. not a fault of the property just didnt 100% fit our own personal needs.

Recently installed bathrooms & kitchen, spotlessly clean, comfy sofas, nice crockery & linen. Very responsive management. Great location.

Location was excellent, near enough to Ironbidge and facilities, could walk to the bridge, restaurants etc, local Co-Op across the road for essentials.
Being a townhouse the living room is on the top floor but the kitchen/diner was ideal with a lovely view from the terrace.
The pillows were too flat needed to use the spare ones from another room.
Could do with some extra crockery especially mugs and glasses.

the kitchen was a brilliant space for us.
The sofas were not at all comfortable. more waiting room style than lounge. in fact we didn’t use the living room because none of us found the sofas comfy. the beds too. not comfortable and in need of tightening up. I did look for an Allen key!

The house was really modern and spacious. All bedrooms good sizes and quiet location
No bins in bedrooms or bathrooms which is an issue for sanitary items to have to take upstairs to kitchen! There also wasn’t enough cutlery for everyone.
If you put the shower pressure too high the shower head flips up and the whole bathroom ends up soaking wet.
