Always loved going to Fredericksburg staying in your house made it such a great experience, lots more than a motel. Hope to stay there again. I would give it a five star rating.

Felsenhaus is a charming home in a charming town! My husband and I, along with my sister and brother-in-law, went to Fredericksburg for the total eclipse. The minute we walked in the house, we felt at home! It's in a great little neighborhood close to the main street. The house is clean and comfy. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit and relaxing in the hot tub! We were very comfortable! All around we had a great time and hope to visit again!

We loved our stay. House is SUPER clean, perfect location right off main. The house had everything we needed the outdoor patio and hot tub were perfect for a relaxing night in!

The place was one of the nicest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and so inviting. All the lights were on and it was cool in temp when we arrived. Inviting! It was so well appointed with beautiful decorations and a lot of extras. They thought of everything! It was a lovely few days. *Neighborhood was off the beaten path and was quiet too. Nice!

Booked this stay a few months out. I am aware of cancellation policies but the week of the trip my son was emergency admitted to the ICU. We called 5 days before our trip and asked if we could have a credit for a future date and declined. I even offered to have physician write a note. The property looks like it would’ve been fine but the management company is terrible and has zero consideration for a horrible family event and don’t recommend that you support a company like this.

On the whole, excellent.

We had a great girls getaway weekend here. Good location. Walkable to downtown. Hot tub was awesome. The wine tour from the management company was also good.

This home has great amenities—top line kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, comfy bedding, large dining table and comfy living area. Immaculate and well appointed.

This house was so cozy. When you walk in you can feel the history in this house. It has been updated but still has some original quirks! We just loved our stay here and the fireplace was amazing!! I highly recommend this property!

Adorable house. Pretty clean. Great location. Check out directions were confusing as there were 3 different sets of instructions. I was able to email the rental agency when the hot tub wasn't working to get someone out next day to look at it. We will definitely look at staying there again when we visit Fredericksburg in the future!

When arriving on Friday, we were greeted by a broken hot tub, wasps(in the house), and dirty dishes and sheets (master had dirt and hair in the bed) We contacted management 4 separate times about getting the hot tub fixed, we kept getting different stories. This trip was booked for my 30th birthday and I specifically picked this place for the hot tub. I was very disappointed that two straight nights it wasn’t able to be used. The dishes in the cabinets needed to be rewashed because majority of the cups had lipstick marks all over them. Lastly, we were sadden that we had to continue to kill wasps inside the home. One of the guests were allergic to wasps so it was very concerning. This house could of been AMAZING but I feel like the prep for our arrival was not taken very seriously. This had been planned and booked for months now.

This place was exactly as pictured! How refreshing! Area to sit outside at fire pit, hot tub, & front porch available if it’s raining. Flies are crazy this time of year, so the place needs a flyswatter as most people don’t travel with one. There were 4 adults & was perfect! Quite quiet location considering its 1.5 blocks from Main Street. Mgmt co was great to work with & easy to get ahold of with questions.

It was a first trip for a new group of friends and it was a fabulous stay. The house is charming and very clean. Hot tub felt great at end of long day of shopping and a libation or two. Would definitely return 😄💕💕

This was an excellent property but it could use some extra instructions for working the living room TV. There should be a note that you need to tune to “spectrum” instead of “live tv.” Everything else was great, although the beds were a bit soft for us!

Had a great time in Fredericksburg and really enjoyed our stay at the Felsenhaus property. Everything in the home was just like noted on the site, very clean and comfortable. Will surely consider staying there again next year!

We loved this property for 2 couples. Some of the fees were deceiving and it was pricey being charged for extra guests. But otherwise we loved it! Location is great for quiet evenings on the patio…
