Property as advertised. Plenty big for our family of 5. Ten minute walk to the mountain but the shuttle service was efficient and reliable. We used the shuttle to go everywhere, from town to the mountains.

We enjoyed everything about Blackhawk 18. It was perfect for 10 people. Rooms were great and we had everything we needed upon arrival. It is a 10 min walk to slopes. Shuttle is great to go around town. We have never stayed in a rental that had no issues …this one had none! Our entire family enjoyed this trip and can't wait to come back. Thank y'all for making this trip one to remember. It was great to have a private hot tub at the end of the day as well !

The Blackhawk 18 property was fantastic! Clean, nicely decorated, modern, and comfortable. The hot tub on the roof was a cool place to relax and downtown Steamboat, great restaurants, and the slopes were all close by. I'd highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

This property has it all. Beautiful design, walkable to the mountain, perfect for our group that skis together every year in Steamboat.

Great property. Shuttle service was great and made this a good spot for the ski mountain. Only thing to know is there are four levels in this property. No problem for us but you have to be ok with stairs.

Blackhwawk stay
Hi, everything was wonderful. We are definitely coming back. The only thing I would suggest is to get some new pots and pans. We like to cook and the pots and fry pans - the coating was coming off and scratched so probably not all that safe. They could also provide a small saucepan. That was really the only thing. Otherwise, loved it for sure. Thanks, Julia

Terrific Comfy Modern Home Near Slopes
We loved our stay here. The house is very modern and well equipped. Very comfy set-up, plenty of beds, and terrific hot-tub. Steamboat lifts are a short 5 minute walk away. We will be back,

Beautiful and relaxing
It is a beautiful property with nearly everything you could hope for. My one issue was no air conditioning. At the very least a portable unit would have helped during the extreme heatwave. Might be something to consider as a backup in case temps rise into the 90s again.

Best ski vacation ever
Condo is beautiful, modern and spacious walking distance to the gondola base. It is spread across 3 floors so some stairs but we didn’t mind that at all. Well equipped but I would suggest that the owners provide humidifiers (with functioning filters..our were not usable) as the air here is extremely dry. We recommend using Black Tie ski rental as they deliver to the house which was super convenient. The Strawberry Hot Springs are a must. Also Four Points Lodge up on the mountain was the best to stop for a drink. Overall best ski vacation ever for us and we cannot wait to come back.

Great Townhouse Close to the Base
We stayed here as a family of four for a week in January. It’s a very nice and well maintained property that lives much larger than the pictures depict. The main living space is large and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped and efficiently laid out. It was very nice to have a garage to pull into and ample space in the mudroom to hang up gear.
Our two kids didn’t mind the short walk to the base area and if you rent at Christy Sports through Simply Steamboat you can store your skis there for free. Not having to carry skis back and forth made the walk a lot easier. Simply Steamboat was great to deal with and the check in process was smooth.

Holiday Getaway
Our family stayed here for the holidays and loved it. The location is an easy walk to the base and immediately next to a shuttle/bus station. The house was great. Clean and exactly as advertised in the photos. The only downside could potentially be the amount of stairs if you have young children or elderly people with you.

Would rent again! It was just the two of us but this home would work great for a large group! Complete package and perfect anniversary stay! Hot tub was perfect! Kitchen was set up well! Had everything we needed! Very private setting, yet close to town and all that Steamboat has to offer! Master bedroom was great! Awesome bed and linens! The robes were the perfect touch! Thank you!

Spring Break Steamboat
We had a great stay in this home. It's well appointed and nicely furnished. Slept four kids and three adults very comfortably. Very welcoming and relaxing place to enjoy our vacation.

Very clean, good location to ski lifts
The property is very clean and modern. Great location to ski lifts and shuttle stop. Like the heated garage. Kitchen and dining nice with plenty of seating. Hot tub on top deck was a nice addition. Quiet. We did not like the four floors, seemed like always needing to run up stairs. No bathroom on the main floor. Could you more seating in family room area--only seating for 5 people. Bunk beds could be sturdier for older kids. Heat was very hard to regulate---always too hot even when thermostat set low. Also stairs are all wood and very slippery---have to wear shoes or really watch your step.

Beautiful and well appointed
The home was very well maintained and equipped with a nice open floor plan and lots of wood, steel, and stone. Hot tub worked great and was very nice. Garage space was great as well as lower level area to leave ski clothes, boots, etc.. They even provided a boot and glove dryer in the garage which was nice. We visited with our 4 children so the narrow/tall floor plan was slightly challenging with four floors to navigate. Hot tub on top floor was nice for views. Laundry on ground floor was nice in terms of keeping noise out of the house but inconvenient with all our gear. Walking distance to the gondola base was at the edge of reasonable for our family.

Fantastic Accomodations in Steamboat Springs Within Walking Distance to Gondola
This Townhome-Condo is a fabulous place to stay within walking distance to gondola and base area. Beautifully furnished with a minimalist, contemporary feel. Although it is four stories from the bottom level where garage is located to the master bedroom and hot tub porch, I never minded the walk especially since we usually congregated main level with fireplace and staircases are gorgeous. Multiple porches; convenient places to leave equipment; I recommend renting a locker at base area so the walk back and forth is unencumbered. I really loved staying in this town home!
