Super clean unit near town. We will definitely come back again and stay longer.

The house needed a little work and preparedness for our stay. It was a bit dusty and with minor fixes (dishwasher bottom tray broken, microwave turntable broken, bathroom shower door fixed with curtain instead of glass) and some preparedness for a guest (dusting; radiant floor takes forever to warm the house - we were freezing so maybe setting the temp up a bit 12 hrs before check-in would have helped); cleaning the garage so that we don't track dirt into the house since it was requested to not wear shoes in the house; and the garbage can - PLEASE clean - it was nasty even to open the lid). I think the maintenance and cleaning needs to step up a notch to keep the house in order (better instructions on using the fireplace and its remote); it is such a great house but it looks like it could use an upgrade in maintenance to withstand the use.

We stayed here just before Christmas, so did not make use of the balcony-but could see ourselves out there in the summer for sure. The kitchen is adequately stocked. Having the garage parking was a bonus, my mid sized SUV fit fine (but a large SUV would not). The downstairs was quite cold our entire stay-just couldn't get it to warm up despite thermostat on 72. We were thankful for the fireplace-it warms the main living area nicely. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was one of our top picks. Only gave 4 stars on communication with the property manager because responses were slow and vague. Otherwise would have given the property all 5 stars.
