Our stay here was great. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the room and bathroom space, bed was comfortable, area was pretty private with not a lot of traffic, near highway but it was quiet and felt safe. Staff were friendly. It really looked, and felt, like it was a brand new building but it isn't. Such great use of the space. I liked the table near the bed so you could put some of your things there. The luggage rack above the air conditioning was a great idea, microwave and fridge are hidden away to give a clean look, but very accessible. Ice machine sign was clearly visible in the hall. There were two elevators, so you never had to wait for one. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot foods, even breakfast sandwiches which I've never seen before at a hotel. Definitely would stay again and will seek out SpringHill suites for future needs!

Very clean and new. Love the layout of the room with a nice cozy sitting area and desk for my son to use. Beds were very comfy too.

Friendly front desk staff , complimentary breakfast & not to far from places needed to go .

Room wasn’t clean, sheet wasn’t changed on trundle bed, floor wasn’t vacuumed , stain on couch and foot rest, back of fridge was dirty, under bathroom sink was dirty. Room overall could’ve been better for as much as I paid !

Property is good and kind of new, comfortable and spacious rooms. Generally speaking, it is a very good property

Staff and service were poor. It seems they are short of staff and the one they have, have poor or no customer service training at all. Breakfast is mediocre (as in all of these hotels) but the price was very high for what you get

very nice high end look, comfy beds, walk-in shower that was big and reasonable prices close to interstate

breakfast was just okay…food was not as hot as I like but several choices for cold food like cereal, pastries, yogurt and fruit.
