Excellent & highly attentive members of staff , always most obliging & not to forget the chef whose excellent food was enjoyed at every meal. Room service was also to a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much to you all.

We were delighted with room20 and would ask for it again. One quibble though. We visited the bar one evening and asked for "Famous Grouse" whisky. Not stocked. Only offered "Bells" OK not a problem. When it came to the dry ginger mixer that too unavailable. We were offered ginger beer!! In the end we accepted lemonade. Not the most serious problem and we did enjoy our drinks back in our spcious room 20!

Comfortable accommodation excet for size of ensuite. Was not a large double bed. We had friendly and helpful staff, happy hour is a great idea. It was close enough to walk tto local ameneties.

We have stayed here a few times now and find it a really nice place, location great as we can leave the car in car park and walk to Swansea or along the coastal path to Langland and Caswell bay. Everything within the hotel was very good and quiet Staff were very friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble if you required anything. So overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fine and the dinner was exceptional good, of high quality and expertly cooked and presented.

The effort made by the team to ensure we enjoyed the rooms that we were in and the meals we had. The location of Norton House is perfect. A constructive criticism we have is that the evening menu is not sufficiently varied, in terms of choice, for those like us who stay for a week. For. example, it would lhave been nice to have had a poultry dish included.

Room and bathroom were clean and well presented. Breakfast was good.Also pleased to find somewhere 5hat accepted a one night stay on a Saturday. Staff all helpful and friendly. Bedroom a little cool and couldn’t turn radiator on, but that was better than being too hot.

Restaurant was great food and service for both breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Did not like leaking toilet and shower only dribbled in Room 1.

Room was a lot smaller than we thought for a superior room, we walked in straight into the bin and table when entering the room. We had to move around the door one at a time to get in. The bins in the bedroom and bathroom had not been emptied, there were no glasses to have a drink, there was a half drunk bottle of water on the tea/coffee tray, a dirty spoon on the table and the bed wasn't made properly. Comfort and cleanliness. The only issue was that it took over 10 minutes for a staff member to arrive at check-in. This was around 6 pm so not an odd time to arrive. The lobby was quiet crowded with 6 people getting agitated by then. It appeared to be understaffing as there was large wake taking place and the only staff to be found were busy at the bar. It also would have been nice to have been greeted with an apology for keeping us waiting or asking if we had waited long. Otherwise excellent!

The food was great, the room was spacious and the location made it very easy to explore The Mumbles. The window frames need replacing but I imagine that the cost is prohibitive.

Hotel has very relaxed atmosphere and as indicated, accommodation and food offerings , first class. Only slight setback was that in a 2 night stay, Room was n`t tidied / towels replaced by oversight, altho` rectified immediately on request and complimentary drinks offered at dinner !

We had a nice comfortable room & the hotel had a very relaxed feel to it The food was excellent, great Breakfast & the Evening meals also very good (wonderful Steak) Eat twice in the evening, but some nights there was a function on, and not open to residents. There should be some tables available for Guests so you do not have to go back out. But overall great

Got to hotel early evening, check in took literally minutes. Once settled we ventured out in to Mumbles

2 night stay to visit family

I stayed for 1 night but did not have dinner. I used to stay in numerous hotels before the pandemic - this was the first hotel stay for 3 years. Norton House exceeded my expectations.

Check in straightforward. Staff very friendly especially evening staff in restaurant. Nice spacious room (superior), but annoying noise (pump? Boiler?) Finally got to sleep about 2am!

Great location for a short overnight break. Short walk to local restaurants and pubs on the Friday night and we went for a lovely walk on the promenade on the Saturday

Good sized and comfortable room and bathroom Nice restaurant, good food and helpful staff Plenty of parking. Only issue was no heating in the bathroom which was reported during our stay

The stay at Norton House was fine. Easy on line check in & a friendly welcome on arrival.The rooms are modern while equipped with all usual items.The breakfast has a good selection of items catering for all tastes.All in all a good hotel to stay at.
