The room was gorgeous spacious and airy. The staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way for us. The evening meal was exceptional and breakfast was very good too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We will be back. The special deal was good value too.

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a beautiful room we had early check-in to extend our stay and the prosecco we ordered was in the room beautifully chilled ready for us. The staff wete really welcoming, polite and really helpful. We didn't dine there as last time but the breakfast was lovely. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, looking forward to returning in the summer

As fairly regular visitors we usually have the comfort of the same room (#4). have become known by the staff & owner. Both comfort and catering are to a good standard - - - - and the bonus is ample customer parking.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting Mumbles. There is a great welcome when the arrive and the rooms are very individual. The food is varied and different and dining is in a pleasant dining room. Staff are all very attentive. We will return.

Room 4 was delightful, very spacious and comfortable with dual aspect. The proximity to the promenade was great, allowing for walks to Langland and Swansea city in both directions. Breakfast was very enjoyable and all the staff we encountered were helpful, cheerful and obliging. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The only recommendation would be to install a fan in the bathroom or allow the window to open, so that the steam after showering could be dispersed.

The staff was extremely gracious and friendly. They accommodated our early check in request. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of local pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Mumbles.

We got married at Norton House in 2022 and a stay on our anniversary was included as part of the package. The staff were so thoughtful and we had such a lovely time. We stayed in the honeymoon sweet where they'd left a Happy Anniversary card. We were also given some free vino with our dinner and a special dessert. From the get go, it was just a magical and nostalgic stay with a lot of effort put in. Thank you Norton House! x
