Centrally located, clean, compact (if your from the US and are accustomed to more space). VRBO did not have the check in information. I had to check email and was not certain who sent it.

We had trouble checking in and I had to make two phone calls - it would be so useful if you included ALL information needed in one e-mail instead of several. Many things were not clear. The location was good and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

We were staying a couple of nights in Cambridge and decided on the Regency Guest House. It is ideally located between the station and the centre. Rooms are a good size and the relaxed atmosphere and self-service style is refreshing. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Only things to improve would be heating - it was quite cold in the room (Room 1) and unfortunately being on the ground floor next to the main door a little noisy so maybe a different room would have made our stay more enjoyable

Enjoyable, but too hot.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but the room (no.2) had a comfy bed, clean shower and bathroom and was ideal for an overnight stay.

Two nights, to attend a university dinner and explore the region.

Clean modern room with good selection of facilities. Room and bathroom nice and bright and clean.

Stayed here to be close to daughters uni . Perfect position , clean room , everything we needed.
