Lovely room which was well-equipped. Very comfortable bed. It's not often I get home to a less comfortable bed. Shower room excellent. Good internet connection. Lovely big TV with a very comfortable sofa on which to view it.

This was our second stay at the cottage. Phil and Jill are the perfect hosts and made us very welcome. The cottage is clean and welcoming. I'm in a wheelchair and there's plenty of room to maneuver, and a fabulous wetroom.
It's in a perfect location, so quiet and peaceful.
We had a wonderful time staying there and will hopefully be back soon.

It was peaceful had lovely grounds to walk around lots of flowers and trees was just so relaxing a breath of fresh air and the hot tub was such a bonus. Gazing at the stars while in a hot tub.

The place was beautifully clean, everything you could possibly need and would highly recommend.
The owners are friendly but not intrusive and the gardens are a very relaxing place to be.
The hot tub is to die for and as there is very low light pollution, the stars make an excellent view while sat in it.

Me and partner had the best stay. Perfect hosts. Amazing lodge which was clean and just perfect. The hottub was so nice especially to sit and watch the stars in the peaceful countryside. A idillic place for a bit of bliss. We had breakfast which was more than enough with a great amount of choice.

A delightful place to spend a week. Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable cottage. Owners really friendly and helpful. Little touches like the eggs, bread, muesli, coffee were much appreciated. The fresh asparagus offered mid-week was much enjoyed. The hot tub is a lovely place to warm up on a cool evening. We will be returning for more visits!

Visiting relatives from the US we typically stayed at one of the hotel chains in Norwich. This trip we wanted a more authentic British atmosphere and Cotenham Barn did not disappoint. The location was perfect, only a few miles from our relatives, the grounds were all well attended, the accommodations were exceptional, and we couldn't have better proprietors than Phill & Jill. The breakfast menu was filled with a variety of choices and the hot tub was very relaxing after long days of travel.

What a delightful, peaceful place to stay. We stayed in the garden barn and it had everything you could possibly want. Bed so comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom. Spent much time in the hot tub which is shared with one other barn but we had it to ourselves while we stayed. Phil and Jill the hosts were very friendly, made recommendations for restaurants and shops and always asked how our day had been when we returned. We booked this short stay to switch off and we did!
