In all my times renting a condo I have never had such a wonderful experience with constant checking in and communication. Not only was the condo in fantastic shape but everything you would need is waiting at your fingertips. It’s hard flying into a town and then having to go buy things at a store but most everything we needed with exception of food and drinks was already there and they would have done that if we asked! Loved the upgrades in the condo and the views were spectacular. We definitely will stay here for all our visits and loved the property!

Property was a bit run down and dirty, especially the sliding glass door to the patio which was filthy. The property manager notified us one night that someone would come by the next day (at an indeterminate time) to do “scheduled dryer vent cleaning,” that should take about 20 minutes. We asked them to reschedule it after we checked out, to which they replied that they could not reschedule since it was building-wide and scheduled in advance. My question is, if it was pre-scheduled, why weren’t we notified about it before we checked in? This is a vacation, not an opportunity for us to deal with owner maintenance. It’s not like something broke. We pay a lot to avoid that kind of thing on vacation. They offered some complimentary gimmick activities after we told them we were disappointed with the last-minute notification, but we weren’t interested. What we wanted was to enjoy our vacation without being bothered.

We have never had a management company that was so on top of every need as Breathe Easy was. The service was excellent. We toured most of 30A and did a lot of biking. Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all appliances to make cooking feel like home. The only thing that we would say that would need improvement would be bedroom mattreses. Very uncomfortable.

Property was great. Easy access to the beach, great restaurants close by. Would not have to leave immediate area if you did not want to. Condo was just as beautiful in person as it was in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, a lot of places they do one per person and that is never enough. The chairs they had there were great and worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, very comfortable, lots of room and a wonderful view. My family and I had a wonderful time and would 10/10 recommend staying here! The owners included everything from laundry detergent and dishwashing soap to beach umbrellas and sand toys. We had a great time! 10/10 recommend.

Love staying at beach side 2 facing the ocean just like this property. Beautiful property. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Huge masters closet is a plus. Comfortable beds. Cute interior design. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and the clothes drying rack are so much appreciated!! Only complaints were floor was not cleaned properly and can get hot at night (no ceiling fans but stand fans are available). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the view from our balcony. It allowed us to see the marine life that passed by us. Dolphins and sea turtles. Property was great. Only draw back was second bedroom had a full/Queen bed. It would have been better if it was two twin beds. This would have worked better for our family.

Still it was a nice stay and we were able to get to the beach eventually. There is a grocery store near by so we bought comfort foods and huddle down with football and movies. The condo itself is a good size, comfortable and nicely furnished. We LOVED the master bath. Our last night there was no water in our condo probably because of the freeze but management gave us access to another one for showers, etc, and an extended check out time for the next day. There was a lot of texting back and forth but they were quick to respond, more helpful than we could have asked for and their great attitude with some humor from both sides kept what could have been miserable into a better experience than we could have had. It's a great condo and they have a great team!

Condo is nicely equipped and furnished. Communication with property managers was excellent. We've stayed in Beachside 2 five or six times and this was our favorite unit. We've already booked another stay!

This property has stunning views of the gulf from the 16th floor and is beautifully decorated and upgraded throughout. The whole building feels brand new. It was also incredibly clean. We had a wonderful stay.

We got there to find the electric out but I loved the condo so much I didn’t want to exchange condos! It is beautiful and felt like home. Great location and the view and beach can’t be beat. The bonus was making bird friends on the beach. Don’t hesitate to book!
