The existing reviews capture a lot of the positive things about this rental --- it was a good location, safe neighborhood, and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. One of the criteria we looked for our 7-day visit to Seattle in July was air conditioning because we know there can be heat waves during the summer months. The amenities for this house listed 'Air Conditioning,' but when we arrived at 11PM, it was 87 degrees inside the house!! We were up another 2 hours trying to cool down the upstairs bedrooms using the 2 window units and running every available fan downstairs to try to bring in the cooler night air. Not a good first night. Over the next few days, we learned to air out the house in the early morning with cooler air and close all of the blinds when we went out for the day. The other thing that helped was we taped paper grocery bags and hung bed sheets to cover all the windows that didn't have shades. The listing should not list 'Air Conditioning' under the amenities!!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Exactly what we were looking for during our visit to Seattle and in prep for our Alaskan cruise. Easy to walk to great eating spots and short rides on the bus or Uber to most attractions. The attractions are in walking distance as well but for families with small kids or older adults, the public bus was just around the corner. The Owner was very responsive and helpful with providing lots of details about the place and neighborhood which came in handy. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental is in the coolest neighborhood! We could walk to so many restaurants, bars, parks, farmers markets......such a great location! The home was perfect for our 6 adults and one 19 month old. We loved the cute back deck and yard. Loved being able to grill! Everyone slept well! Very well furnished house! The owner was very good about communicating with us throughout our stay! I would highly recommend this unit!!!!

This house is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in. The house was adorable, well maintained, and surprisingly well stocked with spices, kitchen equipment, and towels & toiletries. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, and the house is only a block or so from many shops and restaurants. Uber and Lyft never seemed far away, making renting a car unnecessary. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. The fourth bedroom, which was a pullout couch, was very comfortable. We will definitely try to rent this house again on the next trip to Seattle.

This property was an amazing choice for the trip my friends and I took to Seattle recently. The host, Summer, was lovely, and sent in multiple check-in messages throughout our trip. As for the house, it was perfect! It was a very short walk to a street that had multiple cafes and shops, as well as a Trader Joe’s, which was so convenient. The area itself was beautiful, and only a short drive away from classic tourist spots such as Pike’s Place and the Space Needle. All of the rooms were so colourful, unique, and comfortable that at the end of our trip we didn’t want to leave! This house quickly became a home, and we would love to revisit it someday soon. :)

The house was clean, well-stocked, and very well-located in the heart of Queen Anne, with Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. The decor was nice and the kids enjoyed practicing their piano in the dining room. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood!

Even the pickiest among us loved this well appointed and conveniently located home in Seattle. It provided both enough room and privacy for six adults, two of whom were working for part of the vacation, as well as a wonderful kitchen/dining area for us all to gather around. The host has thought of everything! Bonus: you are a quick walk away from a pharmacy, Trader Joe’s and restaurants and parking was a breeze!

This amazing house is the perfect location in Queen Anne. A short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and Trader Joe’s. The Thursday farmers market was a bonus we enjoyed for local fare. The house is one of the nicest, well maintained and immaculately clean properties I’ve rented. The kitchen has everything you will need for preparing and serving meals, and a nicely stocked pantry with spices and basic staples. The bedrooms are lovely, each with a unique color scheme and exceptionally cozy linens. The bathrooms have been updated with excellent water pressure in each shower and plenty of towels, TP and tissue. The house has a porch off the kitchen to enjoy the lush landscaping, morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. Overall this is a very clean, well appointed, immaculately maintained property for your stay in Seattle.

The house is super nice and charming. It’s located near the Main Street which has lots of restaurants, cafes and Trader Joe’s. The house itself was super clean and well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful house in a prime location - great for exploring Seattle. Summer is a wonderful hostess - easy to reach and she had seen to all the details. The house is exactly as listed. We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed in this lovely home with our 3 preteen grandchildren for one week. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. Having two washing machines & dryers was wonderful. Summer was responsive and provided great information about the Queen Anne neighborhood and restaurants. There is an amazing farmer’s market right outside our door on Thursdays and we could walk to sites including Seattle Center. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We came to town to see the Mariners and site see and this house was perfect! The neighborhood blew us away! Nice little restaurants that are all within walking distance. We were around a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and a lot of the sites! If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood close to all the sites, this is it!!!!

We spent three days at this beautiful wonderful home. The pictures don’t describe it, it is simply exquisite. The neighborhood is wonderful, we walk to many little stores and shops. Every Thursday afternoon is the farmers market about 100 yards from the house. I wish there were more than five stars to get this house. Thank you Summer.

This was the best place to stay in Seattle. We traveled as a family of 4 and we’re able to cook and hang out on the porch. Close to great restaurants and Kerry Park with great city views.

Beautiful home and perfect for a family stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and a well-equipped kitchen for meal prep. The house is in walking distance to great cafes and groceries, and across the street from farmers market on Thursdays. Summer was a fantastic host, quick and easy to communicate with. This was our second stay, will always be our top choice for Seattle visits.

Had a wonderful stay. The location is central and walkable to great food spots on Queen Anne. The house is spacious, lovely, and very well stocked with everything you could need. Summer was a great communicator and made us feel so welcome! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. A block or two to several dining and coffee establishments, drug store and Trader Joe’s Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc. We didn’t cook but we sure could have! Public parking lot next door so never a struggle to find a place.

This Craftsman house is outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. All kitchen needs instock. Pots, pans, gadets, appliances. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a group. The window blinds are fantastic, I am going to look into those for my home. Traders Joes, coffee and bakerys within a hop skip and a jump for ease of stocking up. They even have a personal shopping cart you can take so you can load up and not have to carry your bags back. Everything you need is in the house. They have thought of everything. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. We walked down to the Pikes Market area at about 1.5 miles away and took an Uber back. Made for a great way to explore. The owners are just a text/call away for any support you might need. Super friendly and responsive. To get to the bedrooms, you will need to take stairs either up or down off the main floor, just keep that in mind if you have anyone in your group who might struggle with stairs. For us it wasnt an issue. Just a heads up. The wordwork and interior decoration in the home are just amazing. We wanted to stay forever! Thanx so much for making our family trip exceptional. We had the best time.

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint Queen Anne home. I travelled with two semi pro Chefs and they commented how well appointed the kitchen was. The restaurants close by were a treat and I hope you chance to take a bath in the old fashion tub. Summer’s attention to detail far exceeded expectations and the location of the home was perfect for family events since my daughter was only 5 minutes away. Thank you Summer, for being such a gracious hostess! ❤️ We are looking forward to returning soon.

Stayed at this lovely Craftsman and celebrated Thanksgiving with the family. The space was comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Loved our stay.

Every part of this house is well appointed. The kitchen has spices and things so cooking was easy. Very close to shops, Trader Joes and restaurants. Parking next to the house in the school lot worked out well (but our car was broken into -- unfortunately common in Seattle now). The master bedroom upstairs is amazing!! The automatic blinds were a nice touch. Wish the second upstairs bedroom had blinds though!! Please consider that.

We had a wonderful stay in Summer’s home in Queen Anne! The location was great, with the added plus of the Queen Anne farmers market just down the street! Parking was easy for us as well as our visitors. Our host had everything we could need in the kitchen and bathroom. Most of all it was newly renovated, clean, very attractive, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The deck and back yard gardens were terrific and a great place for our morning coffee and afternoon gathering. We look forward to our return!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property in an excellent neighborhood. I can't wait to stay in this home again. It was particularly well suited for happy hour on the back deck and family dinners, and the kitchen was stocked with many appliances, cookware, etc.

This VRBO Is everything it claims to be and more. It is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home that is in easy, and I mean easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Trader Joe’s, and Bartell’s (drug store). Parking is a breeze, literally right out the picket fence. Summer was a delight to work with. Great kitchen, fully loaded with upscale appliances. Six adults on this trip and we all had a great experience. The sister that slept on the sofa hide-a-bed would have slept much better on a bed but other than that I we all gave it a 10!

I can’t say enough incredible things about this gorgeous Queen Anne home! This 1900s home is in perfect condition, and the backyard is stunning. Close enough to all the action, but still quiet and far enough away to feel like a small town. Summer truly thought of everything, and was very responsive. I can’t wait to come back to this property!
